We went to the barbecue restaurant "Yakimiyama 益市 堺町錦店" located on the east side of Sakai-cho, Sakai-machi. This is our second visit.
This is a store that specializes in purchasing whole beef. It's a place where you can truly feel the dedication to quality in the meat they offer.

Particularly delicious was the premium Wagyu beef sushi. Even when eaten raw, the meat could be easily chewed. As for the rice, it was made from the special rice used by “Hachiyame Ippei” for grilled meats. The taste of this rice was simply outstanding.

We visited "Yakisugiya Eishi, Kanai-cho Kin-jo" today. It's located north of the intersection of Kyo-no Taiko, Kin-no-Tori, and Kanai-cho-Tō.
