Today's grilled fish is salt-cooked.
I imagined it as something similar to the "Houhouo's Original Grilled" that I visited before...
“この店の焼き物、本当に素晴らしいですよ~!”と言ってこちらに足を運んだのですが、出てきたのは見た目は普通の塩鯖でした。なので、必死で弁解しました。(笑)
But, a truly fatty and delicious salt-fried salmon☆
Indeed, the fish here is delicious.
Just this salt-fried salmon alone was enough to allow me to enjoy a truly delicious sake.
It was the cheapest menu, so I was a bit worried about the quality. However, in terms of quantity, it was quite sufficient.
What stood out was the fast service in providing drinks.
I think it's because it wasn't crowded at a early hour. They served the food in a smart and hassle-free manner, which made our meal a truly enjoyable experience!
While it's nice to indulge in the fish prepared by Mr. Maru in a small group, the satisfaction and sense of stability when using the restaurant for a banquet were also outstanding.

Recently, I had trouble scheduling an appointment with the hairdresser I've been working with. So, I decided to visit their salon for the first time, and it just so happened that it was right in front of Don Quixote at Kitakou.
The time when everything ended was exactly during lunchtime. To avoid crowds, I decided to take the time to thoroughly explore "Don Quixote". The prices of beer and wine were extremely cheap! This place seems like a great option for regular visits.
