I ordered the appetizer "Akitaro" because of its cute name. It was roasted over a rare fire, with a slightly reddish hue. It had a moist texture. It lived up to its name; it was truly delicious.
I ordered a menu featuring pasta made with seasonal salmon. The salmon, with its rich fat content, paired perfectly with the slightly sour tomato sauce.
The main dish was roast meat made from the famous ELEZO company’s grazing pigs. The meat was roasted until it turned a beautiful pink color. Despite being meat, it had a smooth texture and tasted extremely delicious.
No matter when you visit, you can enjoy highly satisfying cuisine and wines. Therefore, it’s one of the first places that comes to mind when you want to have a drink alone.

The scallop served as an appetizer has a very rich fat content, but it paired well with the fresh purée of watercress, making it delicious.
And I really love this Kachoe Pepe restaurant. I can't go without ordering it all the time... The meaty shiitake mushrooms were also delicious.
The duck is also free of any off-flavors, and it is tender. It pairs well with a slightly spicy sauce.
Overall, I was extremely satisfied today. I will definitely visit again in the near future.

Today, again, I enjoyed all the dishes very much.
Especially, I really like this pasta. The solid salciatica, the flavorful chicharrones, and the oil-based sauce really complement each other, making it extremely delicious.
I will visit again soon!

This is my second review.
Today is a day when I want to enjoy some alone time after work. When I was thinking about where to have dinner, the first place that came to mind was this restaurant.
Since it's a single-person service, I will order an arakalto at the counter. If I consult the arakalto menu, they can prepare it in a smaller amount for one person. Thus, it feels like enjoying a prix fixe course.

確かに、とても美味しいですね〜。
Especially the Kachoepepe! The texture of the seasonal white asparagus complements the cheese perfectly.
So delicious that I finished it alone, smiling contentedly.
Today too, it was a feast for the eyes!

This is a beloved Italian restaurant located in Seikyō Shirahata.
The counter seats are perfect for one-person gatherings. I would like to enjoy a drink alone, but on this day, I was with a colleague from the company.
I ordered the Chef's Easy Course for 7,150 yen, along with a wine pairing.
We selected 6 glasses of Japanese wine to pair with the dishes.

Today, all the dishes were delicious, and I had a great experience.
Japanese wines can be re-encountered as delicious.
ワインペアリング(6杯)を含めて、一人あたり13,000円弱という価格です。
Isn't the wine price a bit too low? Perhaps this is an advantage of having a winery integrated within the restaurant.
The gourmet colleague who went with me also said that it was delicious! So that's good.
I will definitely visit again!
