Along Sakae Street, there’s “Ssukin-san”, a new establishment that opened last October. It’s called “Shinseiji Binglang no Yuri”.
Even though I had been curious about this restaurant since its reopening, I just couldn’t find the right time to visit. Finally, today, I made my first visit to this place.

I was alone, so I thought about sitting at the counter facing the front. But since it was a tall round chair, I considered that it would be awkward if I sat on it upside down. So, I chose to sit at the two-person table in the back.
Since it's my first time, for now, I'll just translate the three popular handmade items listed at the top of the menu.

In just 7 to 8 minutes, black spring rolls are ready to be served!
One minute later, yakisoba and water dumplings were also served, all ready to be served.
The black spring rolls are,
Since the menu items were marked with the word "black", I was very interested and waited for them. As soon as they were placed in front of me, the first thing that came to my mind was, "Black... Is this black?"
Even if I try to grab it with chopsticks, I can't get a good grip. So, I push the spring roll with chopsticks in a way that makes it crush slightly. That's how it breaks.
The menu lists it as “パリパリ”, but without a doubt, this is truly “バリバリ”.
How could I lift it with chopsticks? If I look at the back side, it's even darker... Laughing.
一口咬下去,就能感受到那种香脆可口的春卷。里面充满了以春雨为主的食材,塞得满满的。香料的气味四溢,这确实出乎意料地美味。
Water dumplings are,
Follow the instructions for eating. Place the water dumplings on the radish. First, eat them directly, along with the parsley, in one bite.
The second one had a hole made in it, and I put soy sauce and chili oil inside. Again, I ate it all at once, along with the parsley.
The way of eating it is similar to that of xiao long bao. However, unlike xiao long bao, there is no soup. The wrapper is crispy, and the meat filling, which is seasoned with spices, is also well-fillable.

The ingredients are tightly packed together, and spices like cumin and star anise really enhance the flavor. It’s delicious.
It's quite ordinary.

Just when it's mentioned as having the taste of authentic Taiwan... Indeed, all the spices are quite strong...

You can enjoy delicious Taiwanese beer, and there's also a Happy Hour offering all-you-can-eat drinks for 1500 yen per 90 minutes! ‼️⊙(ˊᗜˋ*)⊙
The staff are also very polite and make people feel good. Besides, the prices are quite affordable, so it's a great choice (^^)
