Located about 10 minutes walk along the railway line from the south entrance of Fujisawa Station, in the direction of Yokohama.
Previously, several restaurants have changed locations. This is a new restaurant that opened in April this year.
From the outside, it’s impossible to get a glimpse of what’s inside. So I think it’s quite challenging to judge based on just external appearances. But with this review, I’m sure you’ll be able to understand it clearly. ♪
Upon entering the entrance, you will immediately find a staircase.
Actually, this restaurant is located in a building built along the river. The area facing the road corresponds to the second floor, while the area where you step down the stairs corresponds to the first floor of the building. The actual storefront is located at that level.

On this day, there was only one person sitting at the table before us. So, we sat at the short side of the counter, but the tension felt unusually high.
It was just a brief moment, but the discomfort was quickly resolved. My husband is very kind and gentle, and he readily accommodated requests for items not listed on the menu. I quickly became comfortable with him.
There are also menu courses available for groups of several people. It's recommended to make reservations in advance if possible.
As a single item, the "Recommended for Today" section features a range of attractive dishes, including grilled foods, delicacies, steamed dishes, sashimi, fried foods, vinegar-based dishes, and stews.

First, we ordered raw beer as a toast. There were three items served as appetizers.
A dish made by kneading buckwheat flour to resemble chestnuts. There are also real chestnuts inside, which makes it very stylish.
The rest are miso vinegar and boiled shellfish.

・ 生魚の盛り合わせ
I was served sashimi in a fairly random arrangement. Mackerel, Japanese anchovy, and octopus.
The salmon was ordinary. The sazabu was not very flavorful, which was not to my liking. What was surprising was this octopus. I don’t really understand what kind of octopus it is, but it was soft and delicious!
・ Cream Croquettas
In the “Today’s Recommendations,” there were crab cream croquettes and seafood cream croquettes. Since my companion was hesitant, my husband suggested, “Let’s serve them together as a combination dish.” So, we both ordered both dishes.
It's a nostalgic taste, but the frying technique is extremely skillful, and the texture of the batter is excellent! Moreover, in addition to the two types mentioned above, we also got rice croquette made with the cooked rice that the chef prepared for maintenance purposes. This one is really delicious!
Compared to what it says on the menu, I was actually quite impressed by this "make-up rice croquette". But later on, I realized that it might have been a bit underwhelming. That's something I regret.
・ Kurokage Junin No. 38
Originally, it was a limited-edition liquor for the “Sake-Mon Association.” However, recently, even liquor stores that are not members of this association seem to be selling it.
Year by year, its popularity is increasing, and it seems to be a rare product in many liquor stores. I decided to order it based on the recommendation of my husband.
As the name (No. 38) suggests, considering the scale of Black Dragon, this is a setup that begins in the early stages and progresses towards the middle of the game, marking the time when the warehouse reaches its peak.
Spring delivery... raw sake; autumn delivery... raw sake and sealed products. Deliveries occur twice a year.
It was a light and refreshing sake that flowed in smoothly.
・ カニ味噌焼き 800円
This dish resembles a dish made by simmering crab miso on a ceramic plate. It tastes great when served with bread. However, those who enjoy drinking alcohol usually savor it slowly, taking small bites while enjoying the sake (laugh).
・ 出汁巻玉子、玉子焼き
This is also listed as "Today's Recommendation" as "Yuzuk Maki Egg" and "Egg Burger". I'm having a hard time deciding. Your husband said, "Let's have both," so please make an arrangement for that♪
Both dishes had an elegant taste, and they were delicious (*^-^*)
・ Goro Nari Shinme Daiginjo
When I choose the brand myself to drink, I rarely have the opportunity to enjoy a "Dainingao". However, when I am invited to try the "Dainingao" from Goryu, I can't just say no and not drink it.
・ がんも(自家製)
“自家製”と書かれている以上、ご主人に敬意を表して注文しないわけにはいきません。メニューには800円と書かれていましたが、もうお腹がいっぱいになる状態だったので、出していただいたがんも、これ1個が800円なのか、本来はふたつくらい出るのかは不明です。
It has a sophisticated taste that seems to be handmade, and it was refreshing in terms of its deliciousness.
・ Hokuu Sōshō Junmimi Ningyō
The last alcohol I received was a brandless drink. It was called “Hokuto Sōshō”.
This is a pure sake made entirely from rice, water, and koshihikari from Hokkaido. The rice used is 100% Hokkaido-grown sake-quality rice. It captures the natural sweetness of the sake and enhances the aroma with the use of the sake-quality rice "Inpou". The fragrance is reminiscent of a full-bodied sake… Well, this is just a cliché, lol.
・ How much does it cost?
A single customer at the restaurant was eating something that wasn’t listed on the menu. Since I had no appetite for such food, I quickly ordered a soy sauce dressing as an alternative.
Of course, it isn't listed on the menu, but I was asked to slice the radish for me♪
・ Tarako Tea Nakae
He once again acted on his own whim and asked for the tea saké. It was a tea saké topped with large radishes, bumbu arare, and hand-mixed seaweed.
The broth was elegant and delicious. It was a pleasure to enjoy the food until the end. ♪
以上、わがまま言い放題でいただいたので、どれがいくらなのかわからないものが多いですが、これでふたりで12,000円です。
Highly satisfied, definitely returning for another visit.
