As shown in the photo, the reception started at 10:30. I entered as the first person on my second round. I arrived just in time for the reception to begin, at 10:30. It seems that there were fewer Chinese people here, so I was able to get in quickly. The taste is quite good; I always think this place might be the best in Japan. It's a large portion of "Shi Jizu Kuro" with egg custard rice. The price is a bit high at 2000 yen, but it's a special occasion.
It seems that the noodles used in this restaurant are not homemade; they are ordered from Mihama Noodle Factory. This is because I saw the noodles being transported here.

Since the lunchtime ramen restaurant was disappointing, I came here to make memories. This time, I ordered the first size. I discussed with the staff at the restaurant, and they said that the black broth was highly recommended according to my preferences. So, I ordered the same dish again, just like yesterday. However, since I had eaten the lunch portion, this time I ordered the regular portion. I arrived at 5:20. Just before opening, there was a heavy rain, causing a lot of confusion in the operations, but we were able to get food served. From what I saw while they prepared it, the soy sauce wasn’t very strong. But I’m convinced that what makes this place delicious is the soup itself.

I went there around 4:30 last time, taking advantage of my previous experience. The reception had already started by then. It's not that it opens during the day; it starts serving food at around 4 PM in the evening. So, I guess I'll be able to get in around 5:30. I got a reservation ticket. In the end, it turned out to be my first round of dining here. I ordered the usual dish from the menu: a large portion of soba with egg sauce. It's been over a year since I've had this dish, and it's really delicious. I can't explain it fully, but I have a feeling that there's something special about the tuna broth and soy sauce used in this dish. The staff seemed to have changed quite a bit, which I was worried about at first, but the taste didn't change at all.

While waiting, I suddenly looked back and saw 16 people lined up. It was already 5 o’clock. Since the queue was quite long, they started distributing admission tickets. Fortunately, I managed to get in during the first round of distribution. A characteristic of this ramen restaurant is its dedication to seasoning. I also have a black seven-spice paste and powder Sichuan peppercorn from this place. It’s located in Gion. I ordered the standard set of ingredients: a large portion of black broth and egg custard rice. It was indeed delicious. It seems that all the admission tickets were sold out during the checkout process. The total cost was 2050 yen. It’s already 6 o’clock now. The place is extremely popular.

I thought they would distribute admission tickets, so I arrived an hour earlier, but there are no tickets yet. Two tourists are already waiting. It's 10:40. I'm not sure how long the queue is exactly, but there are about 30 people in line. Most of them are foreigners. The prices have been increasing due to inflation; a large portion of the menu items, such as soy sauce soba and egg noodles, cost over 2000 yen.
We are just before 11 o’clock when we open. There are probably over 50 people in line. It's getting difficult to get close to the store. After all, today is a regular Monday. What about weekends? I guess it won't be much better. Although eating here is quick, it's still delicious, you know?
By the way, the admission tickets were supposed to be distributed after the restaurant opened. It was a misunderstanding. As a result, the line quickly became shorter.

I came here for the first time when the reservation ticket system was introduced. I arrived at 11:10, and the staff at the restaurant gave me a reservation ticket. It said that I should come by 12:15. So, I’m going to Kyoto now. I’ll return on time and queue up. I waited for about 30 minutes there. I started eating around 12:50. The food was indeed delicious. This time, I ordered the black broth platter and egg custard rice. The total cost was 2050 yen. It increased by about 300 yen. Since I suffered a lot yesterday, I really appreciated this meal.
Arrived at 10:30. There were already 8 people waiting. It seems there are quite a lot of tourists. They are selling shellfish broth. But, as usual, I ordered the broth with eggs and rice. Still, there are plenty of tourists. This situation doesn’t seem to be affected by weekdays or weekends at all. The taste is, of course, excellent. It’s a place I always go to when I visit Kyoto. There was a tourist who was coughing heavily. I hope they can develop a vaccine to help them.
I have been here more than 10 times already. This is the first time I'm writing a review. I arrived 15 minutes before the store opened on Saturday. This time, I was able to get a second place in the queue. After finishing eating, I left the store 20 minutes later, and there were already over 30 people waiting in line. I ate black soy sauce soba with egg noodles. I've eaten other dishes as well, but this one is definitely the best.
