Recently, it's getting colder, and now it's the season when the "Razu Mee (1,180 yen)" here is really delicious.
This is the second branch of the well-known tea café, located a few minutes' walk southwest from the main store, south of the Hanshin Nishinomiya Station.
This is a delicious noodle dish where the soup, although not as spicy as it looks, offers a harmonious blend of sweetness and bitterness.
The soup has a thick texture, and the egg noodles blend together. Before you know it, you’ve already finished drinking it, don’t you? (Hehehe)
In the hot summer, the kind of clothing that barely touches the head is one of the pleasures of winter.

This is a second store located specifically for tea drinking and cafes, belonging to the Chen Restaurant Group. It is situated a little south of the Hanshin Nishinomiya Station.
Compared to our main restaurant, it has a more casual atmosphere. The spacious interior is fully booked even on weekdays.
This is usually the case during lunchtime, but the waiting time isn’t usually that long. On this day too, it took only a few minutes for someone to guide us through the process.
The reason for its popularity is the affordable lunch set. I ordered the "Lunch A Course," which includes a salad, appetizers, main course, two types of steamed dim sum, fried rice, soup, and drink.
Additionally, we have added one small pancake for an extra 200 yen.
The main dish was oil-limbered chicken. The friend who came by for the first time that day was deeply impressed by the deliciousness of the dishes served one after another.
A restaurant that is reasonable in price and always offers delicious food, beloved by people of all ages and genders.

From Sakuhin Nishinomiya Station, heading south, there are two restaurants called "Chen Sang Ka"
A restaurant with a reputation for its casual yet elegant flavor, offering authentic Shanghai cuisine.
The second store, located closer to the station, offers a more casual café-like atmosphere for use in a casual setting.
For dinner, I prefer à la carte options. I have already been treated with these services several times.
I didn’t know this, but there’s a big sign on the entrance that says “Pancake” (Why don’t I know about this? It seems like they really like pancakes… Even though it’s Shanghai cuisine.)
Since I still have a strong impression of the first branch, today I would like to approach the lunch at the second branch with a fresh new attitude.
I went there casually and happened to find a place to sit. However, the customers who came later made it so that the restaurant was completely full, and I couldn't get a seat.
It seems to be a popular restaurant that requires reservations. (Surprise)
Almost all tables are occupied, and both the kitchen and the staff must be very busy. But, as expected of a team of experienced Chinese professionals who have honed their skills over time, they are also highly skilled at dealing with customers.
The dishes were also served quickly and in a fairly brisk manner.
Well, what I ordered was the affordable “Lunch A Course (1380 yen)”.
Salad, appetizers, main dishes, two types of steamed dim sum, fried rice (or white rice), soups, and drinks.
In addition to this, for an additional 200 yen, a popular pancake (or almond tofu) seems to be included.
Of course, I did that request.
The main dishes can be chosen from four varieties. On this day, the options included oil chicken, pickled pork balls, shrimp chili, and seafood stir-fry—a relatively basic selection of dishes.
Since I always order only oil chicken, maybe today I should choose something different as the main dish. While saying that, I decided to have oil chicken and seafood stir-fry.
This time, among the many dishes that appeared, the one that truly impressed me as being delicious was the fried rice.
Was it really that delicious? Or was it just perfectly crafted to my liking?
Since it's a lunch set, of course, the portion size is small and quite limited.
No, even the regular size was sufficient; I actually wanted to eat even more!
The volume of the set, perhaps surprisingly small (for me).
The pancake is baked right on the spot, so it's hot and fluffy, with a generous amount of cream that has a moderate sweetness.
A restaurant that serves meticulous, high-quality cuisine in every dish.
From time to time, I saw customers who were facing the heartbreaking situation of being rejected. Seeing how popular they are among people of all ages and genders, I couldn't help but feel deeply convinced of their charm. Once again!

Previously, I went to 'Chen Sang Kuo', located on the south side of Sekiima Station on the Hanshin Electric Railway, to try the noodles that were so impressive in their appearance.
This is the second branch of the restaurant, specializing in tea drinks. The original Chen Restaurant is located a few minutes south of there.
The "shocking" noodles are actually "Lazee Noodles," which have been dyed bright red with chili peppers.
I visited the main restaurant several times in the past. Was it actually listed on the menu or not? This is the first time I've eaten there.
No matter how you look at it, it seems extremely spicy, but when you actually eat it, it’s not spicy at all. There’s a gap between the perception and the reality of the spice level.
What else? There’s even a mysterious kind of Lazu noodles that even gives a hint of sweetness.
Of course, it's delicious!
Compared to the main branch that requires going there specifically for its purpose (as there’s nothing around), the second branch has a great location, allowing for a quick glance during the journey home.
As if it was clearly a restaurant featuring Ika-Ika Lazu Mie, I completely forgot about the noodles until I actually saw the place (I just kind of ignored it).
Despite claiming to be a casual atmosphere, this place actually has quite luxurious table linen and other amenities, making it a high-end restaurant by my standards.
Today, I ordered the following three dishes: “Cashew nuts and chicken stir-fry (980 yen),” “Tofu and seafood light stew (1280 yen),” and “Lazu noodles (780 yen).”
Since all the dishes had a rich flavor, I decided to order "rice (180 yen)" as an additional item midway through.
Today, there are special seafood dishes made with tofu.
由鱿鱼、虾、扇贝等食材所散发出的味道,使得这碗汤变得异常美味,那种滋味缓缓地渗透进身体的各个器官。
Because it was extremely cold outside.
Not only that, but with the “Larsu Noodle” menu, you can even break out in a sweat, just like in summer (laugh).
Still not spicy enough, but there must be a lot of spices used that I simply cannot imagine.
Body temperature is high.
The customers around us also each had their favorite menu items, and various dishes were being served throughout the restaurant.
It was a restaurant with an overwhelming sense of trust—a feeling that everything there must be absolutely delicious, even though there was no real basis for that belief.

For the first time during dinner time, I visited "Chen Canggu".
From the authentic Chinese cuisine flagship restaurant (No. 1 store?), a few minutes' walk to the southwest direction
This is located on the first floor of a building next to Daimyō in the south of Hanshin Nishinomiya Station.
Although there is no set menu similar to that of lunch,
All the items available as a la carte are reasonable in price.
So, on those days when I find it a bit troublesome to prepare a meal...
Being neighbors, it's a grateful store.
On this day, we ordered "Little Wrapped Bao (580 yen)" and "Beef and White Onion Stir-Fry with Garlic Oil".
“Chen Tuan Guo Fried Rice (780 yen)” “Lazu Noodle (780 yen)”
I will share it with my husband.
I often visit this first store, so I enjoy eating fried rice and...
I knew that the beef stir-fry and dim sum were delicious, but...
The deliciousness of the Raiser noodles truly left me deeply impressed!
This bright red appearance... for a moment, I thought there might be a mistake.
Tasted it, and was surprised.
The spiciness is surpassed by the sweetness and bitterness of chili peppers, making the taste more profound and delicious.
Such a bright red thick soup, combined with egg noodles—yet again, delicious.
Indeed, the spiciness does develop gradually over time, but that's also a good thing.
The noodles are also delicious.
It was so delicious that I finished drinking all the soup in one go! (Laughter)
Completely addicted.
There are still many different kinds of foods in this world.
The restaurant and its menu need to be managed carefully during the process of new customer acquisition.
Ah, indeed, it’s important again! I realize that it’s crucial.
Due to the impact from Rause, other dishes seem blurred.
I think all of these are restaurants that offer delicious food at a good cost-performance ratio.
