This time, the sister restaurant decided to venture into a genre that seems quite unlikely—the category of "susun cuisine". What made them do this?
That name is “牧”.
My father visits this place about once a year. The location is Shinbashi.
If you’re feeling tired from the summer heat, this is a recommended place! That being said, I finally decided to give it a try.
Because I'm not really interested in salamanders at all.
Well, it's something that one should experience at least once in life, isn't it? Such a light-hearted attitude from those sisters.
There was a restaurant with distinctive, flavorful signage quietly located in a place lined with such establishments. It was about a 5 to 6-minute walk from Shinbashi.
The restaurant is small in size, and there are probably about five private dining rooms.
This time, we ordered a meal including Ssusun Potato Fry at a cost of exactly 10,000 yen.

And, just looking at the numbers alone, it seems like you could eat quite a bit, but no problem.
The dishes that go all the way to the pot are each quite small. Therefore, for those who eat frequently, there is even a possibility that they might not get enough to eat.
First, there's the stewed fish, the soy bean leaves stewed with kelp, tofu made from kelp, and miso pickles of kelp eggs.
The stew tastes delicious, resembling a julep.
Miso naké is a truly rare delicacy. It seems like it would be popular among father-sons who enjoy drinking alcohol.
The skin was much thicker than expected, and the crunchy texture reminded me of a herring egg.

Since it was our first time, we prepared it by mixing it with juice to make it easier to drink.
Perhaps fresh blood resembles grape juice, while the gallbladder resembles citrus fruits.
Compared to what I expected, the blood doesn’t have that strong smell of blood; it’s quite mild. Intuitively, it seems like a wine made from grapes that has been aged for a long time.
The kidneys are not particularly easy to drink, and I did feel a somewhat unpleasant taste. But if you consider it a health supplement, then it might be possible to drink it every day. Probably.
Both sisters work together to bring benefits. Generally, it’s referred to as "nourishing and strengthening." But actually, what exactly does it do? I’m ignorant about that. Well, that’s just ignorance in its own way. Just saying what I want to say.
A delicious one-tan with green onions arrived.

The Namul contained some part of the pork. It would be no surprise if it was served as a simple and delicious Korean dish. The Yunmut, likewise, would be no surprise if it was served as a easy-to-eat Chinese dish.
This lever is truly outstanding. It's no surprise that it doesn't smell at all—after all, it's a product made with top quality materials.
Delicious enough to drink. Among all the liver products I've eaten in my life, this ranks among the top in terms of taste. There are also three eggs. These eggs are also very tender and have a great texture. However, the rich and dense nature of the fish eggs is simply irresistible.
The seasoning is simple, but it has a distinct taste. As usual, it made me want to eat rice.

While the pot is simmering here, we'll prepare the fried chicken.
This also has a lot of bones; to put it simply, it feels like a snake eater.
But well, the eel here must be delicious.

The dish contains a lot of vegetables, but it still has a lot of skin.
Nevertheless, the skin that is rich in collagen and plump is not bad at all.
If people say that this is something like this, then maybe it really is like that. But surely the eel here must be delicious.
It seems that my mood has improved somehow, just by doing this activity.
I don’t know exactly what it works for, but it seems to have an effect. I repeat this: people call this “the knowledge of ignorance”.
After consuming a lot of vegetables, I choose egg miso soup with soy sauce.
This is really great.
The broth is very rich and flavorful, resulting in a sophisticated taste.
Ssuspen Kama is usually eaten with七味调料,但这里的做法是将原味保持到最后。
In the end, it was an ice cream made with pistachios, masquerading as a matcha ice cream.

This was my first time eating Ssuspen Bi, and it wasn't bad. But honestly, if it costs the same as the Kue Bi that I really like, I'd definitely go for that instead.
