Especially the vinegar rice is delicious; a serious-style sushi restaurant.

My Best Sushi Restaurant
I visited during a beautiful season of cherry blossoms.
Fantastic and delicious.

It's been a long time since I've visited here.
Since last summer, I became obsessed with camping, so on weekends, I was quite busy and couldn’t often make it to this restaurant.
Just like before, my sister-in-law and I went to get sushi together.
I ordered sushi with a side of rice, and my mother-in-law ordered a set of 10 handmade sushi rolls.
Every time I eat here, I can't help but sigh in admiration of the deliciousness.
This time, I visited alone.
I received my first "おまかせランチ".
Yeah, I really did well.
This day was my first time coming here at night.
I had planned to make a reservation alone and drink in secret, but in the evening, a friend suddenly called me.
I forced myself into the restaurant by talking loudly to the staff and other customers.
On this day, I chose to eat only what I like.
As for the side dishes, the sushi is as you can see.
It was the season for cucumbers. To be honest, I never really found cucumbers to be very delicious.
That day, I had lunch sushi with my mother-in-law.
I arrived early, so I had oshincha and boardwa for beer until my sister-in-law arrived.
This sausage is said to be homemade, and it's really delicious.
My mother-in-law came and we drank alcohol together.
My mother-in-law ordered 8 rolls of handmade sushi, and I ordered sliced sushi.
My mother-in-law exchanged some of her handmade sushi with my prepared sushi.
This time, I was also satisfied.

It's a place where you can get serious-quality sushi.
Procurement, preparation, cooking, service—all are of excellent quality.
This restaurant specializes in carapace shrimp, konada, and marinated salmon, which are particularly delicious.
Regarding oysters, they are a truly blissful taste.
Today's marinated salmon is a large tuna.
Indeed, it’s simply delicious.
I was a bit reluctant to try the tuna with a rich fat coating, but this large tuna in marinade is truly a level of happiness that goes beyond anything I've experienced before.
Saturday Lunch: 10 kan for 5500 yen.
In addition to the main dishes, the meal includes miso soup, ginger, dried herring rolls, and egg rolls.
The pickled vegetables were ordered separately, but I forgot to photograph the oysters.
I came here with my mother-in-law, and we ordered beer, lemon sours, and sake.
Next time, in June.
Rarely, my wife, mother-in-law, and our family of three went out to eat together.
Since I'm always with my mother-in-law and no one else is there, it's a pleasure to have my wife with me.
The menu had changed slightly, but my sister-in-law ordered 10 kanko, and I chose chirashi sushi.
My wife doesn’t like sushi, but since it’s the end of the year, I forced her to come along.
I really like tuna and oysters, so I'm sure I can handle it.
Wife ordered bonito, medium-sized bonito fillet, and only oysters.
The rest is just a small piece of my "toshi-sushi" ingredients.
This time, I drank lemon sours, beer, and sake in moderation. The sushi was also delicious, so there's nothing to complain about.
I ate the beef and lean cuts given to me by my stepmother, and they were delicious.
Was sabaşo really this delicious?
Also, I got some kohada and ate it.
I got slightly drunk and felt comfortable as I left the restaurant.
This time, I had a sushi lunch with my mother-in-law.
I ordered a 10-kan portion of hand-cut lunch, while my sister-in-law ordered an 8-kan portion.
I added sea scallops, and my mother-in-law added oysters.
I gave my tuna chowder to my sister-in-law, and from her, I received a redfish.
I forgot to photograph the octopus and sea urchin wrapped in a military-style roll.
This meal was also satisfactory.
Today, it was also with my mother-in-law.
I visited on the last day of the Obon holiday.
I was served a lunch with 10 courses, and my sister-in-law received one with 8 courses.
For lunch, salads and miso soup are also provided.
I received a mini tea bowl steamed food for 110 yen.
Usually I drink alcohol, but on this day I only had a glass of raw beer. For the rest of the meal, I enjoyed the sushi with tea.
I was able to approach sushi with more seriousness than usual.
Delicious.
This sake was truly delicious this time.
It has been properly aged, so the flavor is rich. Moreover, it has a plump texture that is also very good.
Delicious. A happy hour.
※The photos are arranged in a random order.

Lunch with my mother-in-law and me.
My sister-in-law was served a flower-lunch costing 5500 yen, while I received an Edo-monobento costing 3300 yen.
The Edo-era menu items are filled with my favorite dishes.
The compatibility of this dish, "Akashi Atsushi Ippai," with red vinegar is also outstanding.
I received bonito, redfish, sea urchin, and cod from my mother-in-law, and I ate them. Even the hand-rolled dishes were really delicious.
My mother-in-law’s flower-themed lunch included six courses besides the four I ate: herring, squid, salmon, pollock, octopus, and lobster. In addition, there were also dried vegetable rolls and egg rolls.
Delicious.
This time, we had lunch with my mother-in-law and me alone.
I entered the restaurant before my mother-in-law, and prepared myself by drinking a lemon soda and ordering a teishoku to get my tongue used to the taste.
Just as I finished drinking my lemon savor, my mother-in-law arrived.
Once again, I ordered two sets of handmade sushi called "Moon", along with tea bowl steamed foods. Additionally, I chose Yamagata's Uchiyokan sake.
"月" 提供的内容包括8杯的料理、卷物、汤品,以及沙拉。
Starting with a dish prepared with hijama kelp.
Swordfish, abalone, marinated tuna, cod, shrimp.
Although I forgot to take photos, I was also given tonkatsu inside the bonito, as well as ikura and military roll.
The last dish, Kanchio Maki, and the omelette are also excellent.
ホタテや真鯛、アナゴも美味しかったが、何と言ってもコハダや漬けマグロの美味しさに圧倒された。
This time, we had lunch with my mother-in-law and me.
First, a glass of lemon soursauce.
And after ordering Japanese sake, I drank it with wakame salad and miso soup. Finally, my sister-in-law arrived, a bit late.
My mother-in-law came, so I had tea bowl steamed rice served, and then we started with sushi.
I ordered chirashi sushi; my mother-in-law got a handmade roll with 10 pieces, and another rolled dish, as well as omelette.
After a long time, I finally got to try Chiraishi Sushi. It’s truly amazing.
This restaurant offers a balanced selection of marinated tuna, medium-tuna steaks, octopus, conch, herring, oysters, ikura, and scallops.
Everything is delicious, but it seems that lobster is the main highlight.
Of course, it tastes delicious even when eaten alone as sushi ingredients. However, eating it together with yakiniku is several times more flavorful.
Furthermore, my mother-in-law took away the abalone and the marinated tuna from me, making it a very happy lunch experience.
This time, we had lunch with my mother-in-law and me.
This time, I also had a sushi lunch at the same "Moon" restaurant as my mother-in-law. In addition, we ordered a conch served as an appetizer.
This time too, it was very good.

My mother-in-law said she wanted to eat scallops, which are delicious during this season.
I immediately called this restaurant to confirm that there was a white fish available. Then, along with my mother-in-law, we went there.
I ordered a lemon soda. The lemon soda at this restaurant is not sweet, which is good.
The whitefish was served in a small dish.
My mother-in-law and I enjoyed each other's white mushrooms to the fullest.
And I ordered Chiraishi Sushi, while my mother-in-law had her usual “Tsukimi” rolled lunch.
After the lemon syrup, I ordered beer, carbonated Japanese sake, and finally, a premium sake. I’m in a great mood now.
The sake served with the ingredients from the menu is also very delicious.
From my mother-in-law, I received hidaitori, kohada, anago, and eggs. After eating them, they were even more delicious.
The last dish of dried corn rolls was also delicious.
This restaurant always has an extremely high level of satisfaction.
With every extension of the emergency situation, they canceled reservations, and that led to today's situation.
My mother-in-law was hospitalized for several months, so I had been eagerly waiting for her to return.
I ordered shiitake mushrooms and tea steamed rice at the restaurant, and to soothe my throat, I ordered lemon sours and sake.
The tea bowl steamed food at this restaurant contains only oysters as ingredients.
If shiitake mushrooms are added, the aroma of eggs will be ruined, so it's not advisable to do so.
The tea bowl steamed food is delicious.
After finishing my sake, the arrival of the sushi is here.
Starting with hirame, followed by kanna-keki and finally sealed with eggs.
During the meal, the marinated tuna from Akita was outstanding. The codfish was also excellent.
Of course, the other types of sushi are also delicious.
8カンの握り寿司、干瓢巻き、玉子巻き、とても美味しいです。
Even my sister-in-law, who tends to eat less, ate all eight portions of the sushi.
This restaurant is outstanding in every aspect: its delicious food, its elegant appearance, the truly remarkable quality of its cuisine, the excellent wines served, and so on.
My mother-in-law and I had lunch on a holiday day.
It’s just before the issuance of a state of emergency declaration.
Since I'm eating out, I'd like to eat it along with alcohol.
My mother-in-law has a restaurant called "Tsuki".
I ordered tea bowl steamed food, rock oysters, and sake. Additionally, I ordered chirashi sushi.
The sushi at this restaurant is truly delicious.
I visited this place at the beginning of this year.
I ordered lemon sours as a side dish, and sushi with Japanese sake.
And also, order some clouded salmon rolled into a military-style shape.
コハダやイクラも美味しいけど、今日は雲丹が一番だったかもしれません。

This time, it was unusual for a family of three to have lunch together.
My mother-in-law ordered a special top-grade rice bowl with 8-cup portions for lunch. Since my wife is picky, she chose a smaller portion.
Since neither my wife nor my mother-in-law can eat anything, I have to accept leftover food. So, I ordered only alcohol as a meal.
The appetizers include sweet shrimp, ikura, and abalone in small dishes.
Richly flavored with umami.
And I drank a lemon soda in big gulps.
This lemon sours is completely different from the lemon sours I usually drink. It has a wonderful aroma, is refreshing, and offers an excellent sense of freshness.
Recently, I heard from a radio program that Mr. Tanaka Masayoshi said that lemon sours are the first drinks to be served in a sushi restaurant. So, I decided to give it a try myself.
Very good.
And after a while, handmade sushi and dals arrived.
Both of them are eating deliciously.
I also ordered a lemon soursawer, not to lose out.
Hahaha.
After a while, my wife left more than half of the dakan remaining, so she handed me the baton.
Tasted the ingredients of the udon, ikura, eggs, kohada, salmon, and shrimp bit by bit, and drank the lemon soursa again.
Delicious.
And my sister-in-law also left some dishes behind, so I took over the task.
Bite into the dried rice rolls and gulp down a hot cup of tea.
I ate a large piece of food and drank a hot cup of tea.
Thank you for your hospitality.
My mother-in-law and I went for lunch by booking in advance.
My mother-in-law held it, and I handed over the flyer.
A little alcohol as well.
I drink while holding the knob in my hand, waiting.
Ao-sa’s miso soup was served to me to drink.
It goes well with alcohol. Delicious.
And then, the chopsticks and paper towels arrived.
I was still drinking alcohol, so I consumed the ingredients of the meal as an appetizer.
Kohada, ikura, caramel shrimp, marinated tuna – all delicious.
My mother-in-law is eating hida, ikka, omu, kama, and pickled salmon with gusto. It seems to be extremely delicious.
Since it’s a special treat for my mother-in-law, I decided to receive the Thai-style chopsticks and utensils from her.
The Thai-style grip is also delicious. On the second day in Thailand, the food was a bit sticky, but it had a rich umami flavor. The texture and aroma were excellent.
Since my bottle of wine was also empty, I decided not to drink anything more and started eating the t-shirts instead.
The menu of red vinegar rice looks stunning, creating a festive atmosphere. It's enjoyable and delicious.
The tuna steak appears to be fresh from Oma.
My mother-in-law chose that tuna steak as her last bite. It seems like she has a rule that she always eats the things she likes first.
It seemed quite delicious, and a little voice escaped from my mouth.
My flyer also featured three photos of tuna fillets, so I gave two of them to my sister-in-law. It turned out to be an overkill.
I finished eating the Kankyou-maki at the end.
Perfect lunch.
I will come again.
This time, it was a couple of my friends.
11時半に開店し、すぐに入店しました。
It's been a long time since we last met, so I chose a table seat instead of a counter seat.
Last time, I was given a set of handmade dishes. They were delicious, so last night I decided to try the restaurant's specialty: Edo-monobara chiraishi.
But since it was a special occasion, I enjoyed the sashimi and tea bowl steamed food with Japanese sake. When eating delicious food, conversations flow more smoothly. It’s enjoyable. And the food is truly delicious.
Tuna, red meat of salmon, grilled fillet, yellowfin tuna, skipjack tuna, sea scallop.
All dishes are delicious, but the red meat of the tuna and the thin sliced salmon are particularly tasty.
The scallop is a sweet dish that feels creamy.
I never found the sashimi of tuna to be particularly delicious, but this one is actually quite good.
After a while, the tea bowl steamed food arrives.
It's a relief that there are no shiitake mushrooms in the dish. The sweet broth is not overpowering, and the aroma of eggs is quite pleasant. The smoothness of the dish is almost liquid-level. Both the taste and the ingredients are simple, making it a delicious tea bowl steamed dish.
And the final act of Edo-era delicacies.
My friend also ordered Edo-zen barai shishiki. My friend’s wife ordered a set of handmade sushi. This wasn’t part of the lunch special menu when we visited before. The dried bamboo and seaweed rolls look delicious.
The vinegar used in this restaurant's red vinegar soy sauce rice is slightly sweet, and it pairs well with the handmade sushi prepared using traditional methods.
Red meat pickled in salmon, middle fillet of salmon, anchovies cooked over fire with a slight fragrance, turbot, oysters, ikura, taro, dried bamboo shoots, and shrimp.
A sense of elegance and brilliance, as if the interior was adorned like a treasure chest.
Each piece of sushi is dipped in wasabi sauce, and when served with red vinegar rice, it brings a feeling of happiness.
Every time I take a bite, I savor the hot tea. Oh my god—this is delicious.
As soon as I started eating the chirashi, the miso soup arrived shortly after. It was a very good timing.
Once more, a mouthful of miso soup, then another mouthful of hot tea. Isn’t this a wonderful routine?
Thank you, Mr. Tsuchi.
On May 29, after the period of self-quarantine, I visited this restaurant for the first time since its reopening after the move. I had never been to this restaurant before.
I ordered a lunch consisting of 6 pieces of sushi, eggs, and seaweed rolls.
The vinegar rice is delicious. Of course, it's also delicious as sushi.
This price of 2600 yen is truly exceptional.
Next time, I’d like to try the Edo-no-ma-bara-chirashi, which Mr. Tsuchi also enjoyed eating.
