◆五穀田舎定食 1180円
A place where you can enjoy Japanese cuisine easily, a perfect destination for those who love miso rice. ♪
I wanted to eat salmon, but the skin was crispy and well-baked, which made it very delicious!!
It was worth waiting for even 30 minutes, huh? (Laugh)
The miso rice is available for free refills, but I’m trying to be a bit more mindful and exercise self-control… It’s not a wasted effort, you know??

A restaurant where you can enjoy delicious Japanese cuisine. I've been wanting to visit for a while.
This restaurant seems to be a chain store, but it’s not located nearby. Therefore, whenever I wanted to eat there, I would make a special trip. On this day, it was my wife’s request that led me to go there. The good thing about the Inazawa branch is that you can get five kinds of rice porridge and miso soup for free. This was perfect for someone like me who loves to eat a lot…
Before entering the restaurant, I discussed with my wife what to order. She decided on a "buli yadaiko menu," so we went inside. When we tried to place our order, there was a large sign in front of the store that read "Buliladyaka available." However, at 11:30 sharp, just after the restaurant opened, they informed us that buliladyaka was sold out. I thought there was no other choice, but it turned out that the "gojijouzai menu" could include buliladyaka if necessary. I'm not quite sure about this.
Therefore, I ordered the "Five Grains and Seasonal Vegetables Set Meal" (1,280 yen), and myself ordered the "Five Grains Countryside Set Meal" (1,291 yen).
This meal consists of seven items: buri sashimi, buri yacon, hida, vegetables like kakiayake, pickles, miso soup, five-grain rice, and dessert.
This five-grain farm-style meal consists of seven items: grilled salmon, chicken in black vinegar sauce, tofu, pickles, miso soup, five-grain rice, and dessert.
We ate various dishes for each other, but the first soy sauce I tasted was truly shocking. It wasn’t even warm at all; it was extremely lukewarm. The ingredients were quite abundant, which was a good thing, but by the time we finished eating, the soy sauce had become cold.
This is a piece of sashimi for five servings. The amount of fat in the meat is quite substantial, making it suitable for those who enjoy burbi. The freshness is also excellent.
The tempura made from abalone and vegetables is quite large in size, but it seemed a bit too strong for my taste.
The grilled salmon was a bit overcooked. Since it came from the tail area, it had just the right amount of fat. The green onions and miso served on the plate seemed to be meant to be eaten together with the salmon. Even without any additional toppings, it was still delicious.
This chicken black vinegar anko filling is made by adding a mixture of fried eggplant, pumpkin, and peppers to regular fried chicken. It works well with rice, but it doesn’t have any truly distinctive features.
The meat tofu was cooked for hours, giving it a stewed-like texture. The flavor was well absorbed, but for someone who eats rice and side dishes together, it seems a bit too sweet.
Desserts can be chosen by oneself, but it says they are changed daily. However, no matter when you visit, the same items seem to be served every time.
Perhaps it's because it had been a long time since I last visited this place, and there was also a sense of anticipation. However, I felt that both the service and the food quality had declined. In terms of the price, there isn't even a lunch menu available. Most of the set meals cost over 1000 yen. Overall, the experience was a bit disappointing.
Thank you for your hospitality.
