Located a short walk south from the Meida Blyze Blyze restaurant. I made a reservation through Yumelo and went there with my mother for dinner.
A very cozy and wonderful restaurant.
This time, we have enjoyed a full course here. Every dish not only has an attractive appearance but also a perfect balance between taste and presentation. It's a delicately crafted and elegant cuisine that is sure to be appreciated by women.
The interior of the restaurant is decorated with calm lighting and refined interior design, creating an atmosphere where you can enjoy conversations while dining comfortably.
It creates a romantic and comfortable atmosphere, perfect for dates on special occasions or anniversary dinners.

・ローサワシ
First, let's talk about Krimi's meat sushi. They prepare it right in front of you.
It seems that you have also gained experience in working at a sushi restaurant✨ The dish is served with scallions (a mixture of scallions and ginger extract), and it is seasoned with eel sauce. When you bite into it, the flavors of the scallions, ginger, and fish sauce spread across your mouth. The meat has a moderate amount of fat, and the red vinegar on top complements the taste perfectly.
First item is meat sushi, which is really nice!

・Spring rolls
The mackerel is wrapped in a traditional trapanese dish, topped with Spanish Ibérico ham. It is said to be aged for 24 months.
This spring roll is wrapped in a paper wrapper before being eaten! Eating a spring roll in such an elegant restaurant is really fresh and enjoyable.
The skin is crispy, the mackerel is plump with zero odor, and the sourness of tomatoes and basil makes this Trapanèze delicious. I really love these spring rolls~♡
It’s a spring roll with a thin texture that is easy to eat even for women. It can be enjoyed in a refined manner.
・豚のグリエ
This dish features beef consomme topped with pork, collards, beans, shiitake mushrooms, and, for finishing, pikan oil.
I ate it together with the soup using a spoon.
The pork grilled meat looks fragrant on the outside, while inside it has a beautiful pink color with an excellent level of cooking. The meat is fine and tender, with a strong flavor of fat. It goes perfectly with the consomme!
I also enjoy the pungent spiciness of the dish.
・冷製の口を潤すスープ
Winter melon, marinated in white wine, fish and seafood broth, sweet potatoes, asa tsuki (a type of herb), and topped with olive oil for a final touch.
For the first time, I tried to marinate shiitake mushrooms in white wine! When I tasted only shiitake mushrooms, the elegant flavor of the white wine was slightly overwhelmed.
The scent of morning stars, the sweetness of bananas, the umami of seafood… This combination of flavors is a combination that stimulates curiosity about food✨
・アヒル
The main dish is French duck meat. It is served with corn butter sauté and raspberry polenta as side dishes.
ポレンタ、以前もわからず検索して覚えたはずが…忘れていました笑 ポレンタってなんだっけ?と。
This is a dough made by baking corn flour.
We will enjoy a dish made with Port wine as the base sauce.
I was surprised by the strong sweetness of the corn.
I will have the meat and the polenta together. The duck is juicy, with a rare texture and softness. The sweet-and-sour sauce goes perfectly with it!
I really like duck meat, so I'm very happy to be able to enjoy delicious duck dishes♡
・土鍋ピラフ
We were able to enjoy the freshly cooked food. The moment we opened the lid, a wonderful aroma wafted out.
This dish contains beef tendons, maitake mushrooms, carrots, and onions.
Eating it together with the sour pickles was also a great experience.
Beef tendons are extremely soft—so soft that you don’t even need teeth to enjoy them.
・デザート
This dish features coconut ice with pineapple sauce, ginger glace, and lime peel as toppings.
A summer dessert with a rich coconut flavor, accompanied by the pungent taste of ginger and the refreshing aroma of lime. ✨

I ordered drinks: grape juice and ginger ale.
Don't underestimate juices—they are absolutely delicious! ♡
Especially, Ginger Ale is a strong but refreshing drink that pairs well with the dishes.
At the counter, dishes are prepared one after another, so there's a sense of live atmosphere.
I had the opportunity to talk with the two chefs, and it was a very enjoyable time.
The scent of lotion and toiletries was a subtle, pleasant aroma that did not interfere with the dining experience. I could feel a meticulous and thoughtful hospitality in every detail.
It seems that the menu changes every two months, which is something I really want to experience again!
