For some reason, the restaurant was still open until 12:10 when I left. I was able to enjoy free self-service coffee at a leisurely pace.
The customers were a group of four people resembling office workers, an elderly couple, and various other individuals, both young and old. There were more male customers who came alone.

This eggplant cutlet truly lives up to its reputation. It's incredibly juicy! The tightly packed eggplant is crispy and delicious, and it pairs perfectly with the tartar sauce. Truly a delightful dish!
Half-moist egg fried dishes have a semi-moist interior and crispy exterior!

However, the menu item “Hitoyama Beef” caught my attention, and my impatience to order a meat dish was understandable, considering that autumn was approaching. (*´︶`*)

I thought the meat sauce in this restaurant selling fresh fish was not very good because the price was cheap. But the Toya-Hagi beef that was served hot in a skillet was actually very tender and delicious.
We were satisfied with the menu, which allowed us to enjoy fish served in small bowls along with radish and a soup made with fish fillet and miso.

The shrimp with crispy shells and tender meat was served together, which gave a sense of value. However, it was regrettable that the vegetables served with the shrimp absorbed some of the moisture, making them feel somewhat soggy.

When I saw the rice served in a large portion, I was surprised to see it had piled up like a mountain.

The miso stew of radish and fish in small bowls is very flavorful and delicious.
The serving bowls for the aray soup are huge! They seem to be twice the size of ordinary soy sauce bowls. The aray soup itself is delicious, but be careful because it contains bones.
