Today, I have come to Ishigaki Island for work.
The day before yesterday, I also had steaks made from beef from the stone wall farm. As a result, I made a reservation for lunch at the barbecue restaurant the next day.

The lunch menu is already set. However, during the day when we had teppan-yaki (grilled meat) the previous day, we discussed the idea of trying different parts of the dish one by one. As per our request, they prepared a special menu for that day.
They prepared a combination of upper rump, upper loin, and upper karabin from the stone wall beef. I enjoyed this as a roast lunch.
Each dish has a different texture, allowing me to enjoy various parts of the dish.
The barbecued meat here is delicious. You need to pay attention to the degree of cooking yourself, but the aroma of the charcoal and the quality of the cooked meat are really good. Isn't that great?
A roast restaurant I really want to visit in the neighborhood.

It has been a long time since I visited this place. The stone wall beef is delicious even when served as grilled meat. Especially, grilled meat cooked over charcoal fire is really good.

The Ishigaki beef has a delicious fat content, so I thought it might be a bit overkill in terms of quantity. However, we only managed to eat a small portion together.
Most of the barbecue restaurants in this island are places that you need to visit by car. However, this restaurant is located at the 730 intersection. It’s convenient to use it even after visiting the off-island terminal or buying souvenirs at YuGuenaMall. Moreover, the food here is delicious, so it’s a great choice.

This is a continuous review of "Ishigari Beef". Since this is a region that I visit only occasionally, I was able to enjoy some beef today.
Steaks, after all, are different. Even just the way they are eaten can make a huge difference.
The aroma of the charcoal fire was wonderful, and the degree of cooking was up to me. However, it was extremely delicious.
I ordered the grilled shabu separately. I eat it with a light grilled flavor and soy sauce dressing. This dish is really refreshing, and it made me want to eat more of it.
When I visit Ishigaki Island, I tend to eat too much meat-based food. I plan to exercise restraint after returning home.

Today, I came to Ishigaki Island for a business trip starting in the afternoon.
I have the opportunity to visit Ishigaki Island about 2 to 3 times a year for work purposes.
Since the arrival was also delayed, I completed the planned tasks and then enjoyed grilled meat at Ishida-ya.
During the tourist season, it’s difficult to get into some restaurants without making a reservation. However, in December, there were still some tourists present, but the weather was more conducive to a quieter period, allowing us to enter the restaurants smoothly.
Although I have visited this restaurant before, its quality has remained consistently excellent, so I decided to come here again this time.
In the recommended menu, there is a dish called "Yakisugi of Ishigaki beef." I have previously eaten yakisugi, but this version is prepared as sashimi. It's a dish that can be enjoyed in a yakisugi-style manner.
The grilled shabu was also good, but I really liked this way of eating it as well.
The meat itself remains delicious, and it is just necessary to grill it briefly. However, the burnt marks left after returning the dish further enhance its taste.
Since they are open until Saturday, I would like to visit again if I have time.
