The staff at this restaurant first demonstrates the cooking method for the oroshi ponzu yashi.
The meat is quite thin, so it needs to be carefully spread out to prevent it from breaking. After baking, roll the rolled mixture with the dashi sauce over the pork and serve on a plate.
Even while they are cooking, they keep talking to us, preventing us from getting bored.
