After a long time, I finally got to try some teppan-yaki again... I invited the senior who always helps me over there for dinner!
We've chosen a slightly more luxurious menu, but it's just a treat from time to time, so that should be fine.
Starting with a caviar-infused egg yolk sauce in the beautifully presented yukke.
The cutlery was so luxurious that words couldn’t even be spoken about, and it seemed that the senior member was completely satisfied.

In Shinjuku, there are very few dishes served with iron plates, so I decided to explore this new option. ♡
An interior with a stylish design, located on the 8th floor of a building near Piccadilly.
Inside, there are a counter and several private rooms.

In times like these, it's a bit lonely to just focus on solo activities.
The soft beef comes with glittering caviar...
High-end ingredients definitely have a special appeal, which definitely raises the excitement.
In front of me, preparations for the main dish are underway...
I didn't really look at the contents of the menu, but... scallops!?
Delicious scallops are being prepared one after another.
Before that situation arises where “sweat just can’t stop…” occurs, butter…
With its aroma, it arrived before my eyes…
It has a firm texture, yet it is soft and easy to eat.
The scallops from Hokkaido are difficult to shrink; they seem to be truly select!
Indeed, even after being baked, it remained in its original size.
I thought it was quite compact at other restaurants, but I actually felt that the quality was excellent.
The meat was, to be precise, a combination of turkey and beef hamburger with a special "W-punch" technique!
Not only is the meaty juice of the beef hamburger impressive, but what truly captivates is the tenderness of the meat.
Is it cooked while still being "boiled"? The texture feels like something that is being "softened" with chopsticks.

The meat was served in two different varieties. What will happen to the main dish next? I was really surprised.
And finally, the main cut of steak was cooked perfectly with a gorgeous marbling. The roasted vegetables were also served together with it.
The mushroom called Makomodake was particularly delicious!
It looks like a mushroom, commonly used in Chinese cuisine.
It's a name I've heard for the first time, so I had a lot of questions... Lol.
The garlic rice here is also absolutely delicious.

The chef was also a person who talked to us in various ways. He recommended many types of alcohol, and we drank too much. Lol.
ワインもそうですが、日本酒やウィスキーとのペアリングで、これまでとは違った感覚を味わえました。あっという間に過ぎてしまいましたね。
Solo eating teppanyaki is a bit nerve-wracking... But since the staff at this restaurant are wonderful, I can confidently recommend it without any concerns.
