It's been a long time since I've visited a Ulfjanger!
This is the second time we've visited the Marunouchi restaurant. We were accompanied by eight colleagues from our company.
This was my first experience with a dinner service, using a private room.
All the appetizers and salads are delicious, and the T-bone steak is, of course, outstanding – simply amazing!

Oyster uses products from Washington state, resulting in a truly delicious product.
The indispensable "Ulfjagang Salad" is filled with red paprika, bacon, and small shrimp. It’s not only abundant in quantity but also extremely delicious!
Due to the relatively high age group of the attendees, some members were unable to eat much. Therefore, although there were only 8 people present, we ordered two T-Bone steaks for three people each.
For 3 people, it's spacious and impressive, making it look really exciting!
We can also request that each person be served at a different level of cooking, so feel free to consult the staff about this.
As always, it was extremely delicious!
Since the order consisted of fewer steaks than the number of people, and I didn’t choose expensive wines, the total cost per person came to just a little over 20,000 yen.
It's also nice that there are private rooms where you can socialize without worrying about others around.
However, the Marunouchi branch has a great atmosphere in the hall, so personally, I would like to enjoy it there again next time!

After 1 year, I visited Ulfjagung again.
Actually, this was my first time visiting the Marunouchi branch. Unlike the bright and sunny atmosphere of the Hawaii or Roppongi branches, this place is more formal and has a steakhouse-like feel.
The taste of the T-bone is, of course, unparalleled!
On this day, the sirloin was particularly outstanding!

このウルフギャングサラダにはベーコンとエビがたっぷり入っており、シンプルながらも相変わらず美味しいです!
The soup was, in my choice, a tomato clam chowder. It was filled with clams, and it was also delicious.
As we opened the bottles of Napa Cabernet, expectations grew higher. Finally, it was time to meet with Mr. T-Bone!
Since it's a set of 2 servings, it's not very large in size. The portion consists of 6 cuts of sirloin and 3 cuts of fillet. Even when dividing it among 2 people, it still fills the stomach completely.
The tenderloin of this dish today was excellent in terms of both saltiness and cooking degree. It had a crisp texture, and the high-quality fibers gave it a delicate bite. In every aspect, it was truly delicious!
By the way, the na-puka-be I chose that day was a Sequoia Grove – something I had never tasted before. It was extremely delicious.
It cost about 10,600 yen, so the market price is likely to be around 6,000 to 8,000 yen. At this price, the quality of this dish is quite reasonable.
This steak really suits me, so it’s highly recommended.
