During my trip to Okinawa, I stopped by the store "Shibu Higashi-cho Honban" ♪
It looks like a high-end teppan-yaki restaurant, and it even has a branch in Ginza Mitsukoshi in Tokyo. ♡
This restaurant is famous for its exclusive female staff. It operates under a fully female chef system, with one person responsible for cooking in front of the iron griddle for each customer. On the iron griddle placed in a semi-private area, you can enjoy a live-style performance (❃´◡`❃).
A delicate hospitality that is characteristic of women is also one of the attractions♪
In part of the interior, there is also space where children can play, which makes it a safe choice for families with children. ♪

From Okinawa's fresh vegetables—even the peppers are less bitter and more delicious! The brightly colored Okinawa vegetables served as an appetizer also retained their natural sweetness and the true flavor of the vegetables.
Particularly impressive was the red sweet potato. The mashed and rolled-up sweet potatoes were sweet and resembled desserts. The onions were also cooked well, and the sweetness was perfectly enhanced.
The Ternero Roast Steak is served with fried garlic! It was soft and delicious!
We turned both day and night into steaks, and it was absolutely delicious—no discomfort at all in the stomach at all.
At the table, there was a locally sourced yuzen chumpuru and an Okinawa zenzaai with a mild sweetness. The menu allowed customers to truly experience the "Okinawa flavor" right up to the last bite.
If I go to Okinawa, this is a restaurant I would like to visit againʕ•ᴥ•ʔ
