While searching for reviews of "Abose Area" where there are workplaces, I happened to notice this place.
Since it's within a 5-minute walk, we thought it was worth disturbing them.
----【Location】----
Located slightly to the west of the "Aba-za" and "Nishi-no-mori" in Shin-Naniwa-ke, just beyond that location.
This area is mostly composed of apartment buildings that resemble one-bedroom houses. There are also a few small to medium-sized businesses scattered around... It doesn’t seem like there are many people moving around during the day or at night.
Oh, it seems to be a quiet residential neighborhood.
----【내부】----
The glass-enclosed entrance provides a truly open and spacious feel.
And on the concrete walls of Eclu White, there are cozy wooden-style counters and tables.
Above all, the stand-time clock and lighting are absolutely stylish♡
I had a pleasant experience with the owner who exudes a creative spirit, and with a kind and natural-looking woman who made the overall atmosphere wonderful. It was a solo operation by two people.
Lunch menu featuring three options.
The one I chose is, "Pork Roast Roto with Mustard Sauce”。
5種類の前菜が提供され、さらに自家製のフォカッチャが付き、価格は1500円です。
(前菜の組み合わせ)
Eggplant Tarte Tatin / Salmon Risotto / Mousse Dip-style dish using spring onions / Radish Lace / Chicken ham – quite a variety of dishes! ♪
Particularly impressive was the mousse dip of chicken ham and spring onions.
On top of the moist chicken ham, there was a sauce that resembled a fig or a yabun miso. It served as an excellent accent point to the dish, making it even more delicious.
Mousse Dipp, a rather unusual leafy vegetable known as spring chrysanthemum, has evolved into a dish with a light bitterness and a fluffy texture. Its compatibility with Focaccia is outstanding♪
(フォカッチャ)
This is a homemade focaccia, and it’s simply outstanding!
Firstly, it's light and refreshing. Combined with the amount of moisture, it's truly a well-balanced product. ♪
And, a small amount of rock salt on the surface adds a truly perfect accent to the dish.
Because the grains are relatively large, the crunchy texture is also a pleasant feature.
That said, there was no disturbance during the meal, so the compatibility with the aforementioned spring chrysanthemum dip mousse and the main mustard sauce was perfect!
(Turkey-style pork roast)
Please provide a portion of the lunch that seems not to be a normal portion (laugh)
The pork meat, with its bright pale pink color, has its fat removed cleanly.
There are plenty of vegetables with distinct bitter flavors, such as red onions, endive, and purple cabbage.
The mustard sauce is also prepared in a neat and tidy manner, with just the right balance of flavors.
Along with the source material.
Tastes more of bitterness with vegetables ♪
Since there is absolutely no greasiness, it can be enjoyed with ease. On the outside, it is fragrantly roasted, giving a slight accent to the dish.
And yet, it has a softness, a tenderness, and a juicy flavor... In short, from the beginning to the end, it is a deliciousness that demands patience and effort.
Additionally, in the end, it was mixed with focaccia as the base dish.
Finally, for an additional 350 yen, you can get coffee.
After placing the order, they grind the beans in the kitchen, making these dishes extremely fragrant and delicious.
In a space filled with openness, we enjoyed a leisurely lunchtime, listening to the pleasant background music while relaxing our minds♡
Looking at the dinner menu, the salad is recommended as a top choice, isn't it?
There are various types of Natural Wines available, which can be enjoyed in different glasses. I would like to visit again, even at night, in the near future.
Thank you for your hospitality!
