I was aware that a storefront kitchen was established within the Kuriyama Bricks Warehouse, which opened on April 1 this year.
いつかは行こう．．．と思いながら、なかなかその機会に恵まれなかったわけですが、この度ようやく訪れることができましたよ～
This is the restaurant that opened its doors today in the kitchen!
Laughter and Entertainment
It's a restaurant that operates in Kakumizu City.
Actually, I needed to have a meeting with a colleague from my workplace. Since it was a chance, I chose to go here instead.
However, upon entering the restaurant, the atmosphere inside was quite lively, and it was not a very suitable environment for discussion (^^;).
I returned to my previous workplace to attend a meeting, and after that, I went to visit the place again. That's how it happened.
Since it's a sushi bar, I naturally want to eat sushi. That's quite obvious, right?
However, due to my late arrival, all the sushi has been sold out (-_-;)
Since there's no other option, I'll order some sashimi and toast with beer (^^♪)
The sashimi was all of acceptable freshness, and in terms of taste, it was a solid performance.
Although it's a beer plak, it's still raw beer, so it has a decent taste.
However, if various restaurants can open up in this area, it will also serve as a way to promote those stores. Moreover, the residents of Kuriyama Town will be able to learn about stores located in other regions.
Next, the challenge will be how much customers can be attracted in this small town.
So, today it turned into a kind of experience rather than a regular restaurant visit. However, both the atmosphere of the building itself and the fact that there are no events makes it a peaceful place. Therefore, I plan to use this place actively in the future.
The first impression was quite average.
