This is an original dish made with onions from Oshima Island. It was specially ordered by the German specialty store “Ingobingo” in Tokyo. The sausage here is something you can only experience here; it’s a dish that’s truly outstanding.

This is a Jamaican homecooked dish. The flavors vary slightly from household to household or restaurant to restaurant. It has a spicy aroma, but it doesn’t have any strong tastes and is easy to eat.
*Chicken thighs*
The menu listed beef fillets as the available options. Since I entered the restaurant unexpectedly, and the owner prefers chicken more, I had no choice but to choose... a large piece of pork tenderloin! It was already seasoned, but there are salt and BBQ sauce on the table so you can decide how much to add according to your preference.

A clear sky over the Seto Sea, with a tranquil ocean. The gentle waves served as the perfect background music for our BBQ session. We truly had a wonderful time.
Next time, I would like to book a reservation for the AWAJI GYU plan.
