As a premium grilled meat restaurant, “Ushigoro” has expanded its operations in Tokyo. They have introduced a new business model focusing on town-style grilled meat.
Among the ingredients used, it seems that the price per unit is relatively kept low.
It seems that this restaurant offered a special menu in the past (or something like that). It was actually prepared.
On that day, I was offered a special reservation-only plan that included a 6,600 yen menu and an additional 2,200 yen for unlimited drinks.
“混合ナムル”

Each one to be served separately is also delicious, but personally, I think this version is my favorite. Delicious!

We visited the new business concept created by the renowned high-end sushi restaurant "Ushigoro". It is called "TRATT. USHIGORO Ushiguro Branch".
This location is located on the former site of “Ushigoro Bambiina Ebisu Hilltop”. It features “town-style grilled meat” as its theme, and it seems to be a place where one can enjoy this cuisine at a relatively affordable price range within Ushigoro.
On that day, we were four people who were guided to the dining table seats on the right side of the entrance on the second floor. There were also several private rooms available on the left side.
The menu did not include a set course; only individual dishes were offered. Each dish was designed to serve 3 to 4 people. The ingredients included well-marinated meat, red meat, and seafood, which could be seasoned using soy sauce, salt, or chili sauce. Chili sauce was available in three levels of spiciness for customization.
"極みのタン"は、うしごろの中でも特に気に入った味付けで、訪問時には必ず注文したい逸品でした。
"和牛塩ハラミ"も肉質が良く、非常に満足の得られる一品でした。
“旨辛コブクロ刺し”はかなり辛い味付けでしたが、臭みが全くなく、丁寧に処理されているため、癖のある味わいでした。
“特上炙りロースタレ”は、そのまま食べても美味しいですが、生卵やライスを加えてすき焼き風に食べるのがおすすめです。
At the end, I ordered three items: "Special Cold Noodles (White)", "Special Ushiguro Curry", and "Garlic Rice with Wagyu Beef and Takoyaki".
この冷麺は、麺とスープだけというシンプルな構成であり、こだわりを感じました。
The curry has a rich flavor that is characteristic of a grilled meat restaurant. It was enough to make me want to visit again for just this dish during lunch.
このガーリックライスは、具材がたくさん入っていて、意外と控えめなニンニクの風味が絶妙でした。
It seemed that spending on drinks and food would cost around 7,000 yen per person.
Considering the location, meat quality, and cost-effectiveness, this restaurant among the Ushigoro series is the most suitable choice according to my preferences.
It was a restaurant that made it easy to make reservations. It was perfect for enjoying a full-fledged grilled meat meal, as well as for using it as a place where alcohol is the main focus, similar to a Japanese tavern.
