First, let's visit our favorite Japanese sake bar, Shishu-san!
This restaurant opened in October, but I have already visited it several times as a repeat customer!
Not only are there an abundance of Japanese sake, but the cuisine is also outstandingly delicious!
This is a restaurant where the broth is especially delicious!
Today, I ate polenta made with Anna sweet potato, white-braised eel from Kagoshima Prefecture, octopus Wiener, roe-crusted tuna, and eggplant fried with tuna. Additionally, I had shrimp cream croquettes and soba with miso sauce.
All the dishes are perfect for Japanese sake, and they are truly delicious!
Tororo uses delicious broth to make its soy sauce, and I was immediately captivated!
The owner of this restaurant is very skilled at pairing Japanese sake with the dishes, allowing customers to fully enjoy both the food and the alcohol. It’s a place I really want to visit again and have indeed visited several times (laugh).
There are also a wide variety of Japanese sake available. The sake I got today is the "Kumada Emono Daiginjo Premium 365"!
This is a premium sake produced in Hyogo Prefecture, using special A-grade Yamada Nishiki rice. The clarity of the taste is enhanced to 36.5%, and upon tasting, one is immediately greeted by a delicate aroma, sweetness, and an unforgettable aftertaste.
It was a high-class sake, but it was definitely worth drinking. This Japanese sake was truly delicious!
Today, I was also extremely satisfied!

On October 1st, I went to visit the newly opened Japanese sake bar, Shushu-san!
A restaurant with a friendly name: "たしなむお酒". It's a place where people enjoy drinking alcohol, and it has a cute name!
Opening on October 1st, there are an astonishing amount of flowers! The number of flowers is even greater than that of the people themselves. (Laugh)
There were about 50 of them!
Well, let's get back to the main topic.
Located on the 4th floor of a new, stylish building in Higashi-Shinsaibashi!
It's a new building, and the interior is extremely clean and stylish. It's a comfortable space that combines elements of Japanese and modern design!
The manager is a woman who radiates a smile. She greeted us in a kimono, and as soon as we entered the store, I felt extremely excited!
The day I visited, the other staff members were also women. They were all cheerful and pleasant to be around!
The menu offers a wide variety of dishes, Japanese sake, and drinks—everything is well-stocked!
It seems to be a concept related to bars. Whether you use one bar at a time or two, it's possible!

What a delicious broth! To this delicious broth, garlic adds a touch of flavor, and milk further enhances its smoothness. The saltiness from raw ham complements the overall taste perfectly. Additionally, pink peppercorns are added, adding a lively touch that makes it interesting.
A perfectly calculated masterpiece!
The broth made from Chinese cabbage is delicious. I really wanted to enjoy the pure flavor of the broth, so I ordered a tea pickle.
Dishes are presented in high-end serving bowls, typical of a teahouse. The dishes are beautifully arranged, and they come with homemade meat miso and shirosa zana!
Here, we will combine everything together and eat it!
This broth is truly incredibly delicious!
There, a sweet-and-sour extract of meat and miso, along with ginger extract, was added. This was truly a highly calculated dish!
