I visited here for the first time last week. I was completely captivated by the atmosphere and the thoughtful cuisine served, so I decided to return again.

This time, it seemed that there was delicious bonito fish included in the meal. We enjoyed sashimi and bonito together.
The sashimi is extremely fatty and fresh. The soy sauce is so strong that it seems to explode on contact with the skin. The vegetables are soft and tender. It was cooked together with radish, offering an excellent taste and a delightful texture on the palate.
This eggplant is also outstanding. It's soft, with the broth deeply absorbed into it. The difference in texture between the skin and the flesh allows for a variety of delicious experiences.
And the abalone. It's stir-fried with green onions, and both the color and taste are absolutely outstanding.
It was truly delicious, and the atmosphere at the restaurant was also outstanding. Therefore, I really hope to visit there again.

This time, we enjoyed delicious meals in a private room behind that long table. There’s another large room that seems to be suitable for another group of people.

All the dishes are delicious. Moreover, with a variety of ingredients and different cooking methods—such as grilling, frying, stewing, boiling, roasting, etc.—the dishes can be presented in beautiful ways, allowing for a varied experience of deliciousness through various techniques.
I tasted various beverages, including raw beer, shochu, and wine. All of them were delicious.
The atmosphere is also great, so I plan to visit here from now on.
