All the dishes on the master course are delicious. But especially the pickled kimchi is truly amazing. The fresh, juicy moisture of the bok choy from the pickled kimchi is simply delicious!
We enjoyed the dishes created with the owner's dedication to quality: yukke made from Yamagata beef, Shaddock-Briyan produced in New Hampshire, and Sukiyaki meat rolls similar to onigiri. We also savored the fine wines that accompanied these dishes.

The owner's dedication is clearly felt in every dish, making this steakhouse an extremely satisfying place to dine!
All the dishes are delicious, but especially the pickled kimchi is really tasty. I was allowed to eat it twice.
Finally, we received a package of grilled beef as a souvenir from this restaurant. It’s simply amazing♪
The restaurant also has both valuable and rare wines on hand. In fact, depending on good manners, the cost of all the wines can even be zero. (Simply amazing.)
I first ordered sashimi made with a sauce called "Ichirō", which was a favorite of Shimizu Keiun. (^ν^) I enjoyed it.
The interior of the restaurant also has a calm atmosphere, which is nice!

After waiting for a while, a woman came back. That was where it was.
And with a full face of smiles, why are they kind people? At Akabu, for some reason...
