We were brought here for a farewell party for our staff.
After passing through Sanjō Kiyamachō, it is located in the basement of a building just in front of Morita-ya.
Upon entering the restaurant, there is a counter seat in front of you.
I was led to a private room located at the back of the place.

⚫︎Appetizer: Matsuhou, Mushigogo, Ebi no Tsumi Yaki, Kaki to Neku (seemed to be pear), Shirowaie

⚫︎Grilled dishes: Salmon, Tuna, Aoni Carp
…The sashimi was of top quality. The bream had a rich and smooth fat, and its texture was firm, making it extremely delicious.
This tuna is truly a premium product. The fat has an excellent texture, and it tastes sweet. It also pairs well with shiitake mushrooms, making it extremely delicious. The yellow tuna was cut into thin strips, similar to noodles. The meat was firm and elastic, and the more you chewed it, the sweeter it became.
⚫︎Steamed dishes: Eel rice, served with wasabi
…On top of steamed rice, there is a ribbon of eel. On top of that, there are green onions, white garlic, and filled with dashi.
I found that the taste and texture of the rice complemented the eel perfectly.

Put the tilapia in the pot for about 4-5 seconds. Once it starts to open, remove it from the pot and serve it immediately.
We have received instructions regarding the purpose of this event.
We eat the food by shabushabu method using a pot, and then we serve it with ponzu sauce.
The texture of the tilapia is soft and fluffy. When chewed, it has a rich flavor, making it extremely delicious.
It has a different kind of deliciousness from just the water-driven cooking method.
Indeed, the sashimi, sushi, and other dishes truly reflect the quality of this restaurant.
⚫︎雑炊、香の物:上記の鱧しゃぶを食べた後、店員が鍋を引き上げ、その中にご飯などを入れて雑炊として提供されました。
The umami of the trout is also concentrated here.
It's extremely delicious.
⚫︎Dessert: Almond tofu, strawberry topping

The balance between the sweetness of almond tofu and the sweet-sour taste of strawberries is extremely good, making it a delicious dish.
Since it was served in a private room, the experience might be different from sitting at the counter. (Especially regarding whether smoking is allowed or not.)
The staff regularly checked on the progress of the dishes and served them at the right moment.
Restaurants of this category have seen a significant increase in prices.
The cuisine is no problem, and the service provided is also appropriate. I think the cost-performance ratio is quite good.
The reviews on Yastenroku are much higher and better.
If I have the chance, I would definitely like to use this service.
