Visited 【Akasaka Shishou】 in Akasaka
Previously, I visited Jackson in the same floor. Since we belong to the same group, we looked forward to our visit together.
We have obtained permission from the head chef, Mr. Tsubaki, to include his name in the article.
Thank you for providing delicious yakiniku, fine alcohol, and a pleasant atmosphere! ^_^
A feature of this restaurant is that it offers free flow dining.
That day, there were 7 different types of wine available. In the end, I simply kept repeating the same wine over and over again ^_^
For a course costing 11,000 yen, we had 7 roast birds, 2 types of vegetables, and other side dishes. It was also possible to order additional skewers as a special request. But we were completely satisfied with just the course alone.
The descriptions of each dish will be lengthy if written out, so I’ll omit them for now.

The aroma of trout was a bit subdued, but the scent of bird's soboro stood out prominently, creating a good balance.
Since Sobo also uses finely chopped minced ingredients, the bird stock used during the chewing process was also very enjoyable! ^_^
