A barbecue restaurant located on the 1st floor of a building in a alley, 2 minutes walking distance from JR Kishigyoe Station, after passing through Hamonica Yokozote.
On Sunday at 18:00, we arrived with two people who had made reservations.
Since there were already people waiting when I arrived, it was a good idea to make a reservation.
As you descend the steep staircase, you arrive at a stylish interior with a cool black and brown color scheme.
The background music played songs from the 70s and 80s, such as "Kimoni no Katahechiwafu" by Ikkonomigaari.
“六本木 心中”というタイトルの曲をアン・ルイスが歌ったわけではないけど、久しぶりにその曲を聴きました!(笑)
On the table, there are four special prepared condiments: a seven-wick torch, along with "garlic sesame oil," "burdock leaves," "premium spicy miso," and "green chili sauce." Additionally, two distinctive soy sauces are served: white sauce and black sauce.
First, let's toast with beer.
While I was enjoying kimchi and other dishes, the waiter brought over "Limited quantity! Premium Wagyu Yokeko".
This is a collaboration of beef, egg yolks, and sesame oil.
The fat of the Wagyu beef is sweet and delicious!
Next is "Kobatu Zōke".
A comparison of three types of beef tempura: the rare cut "upper sliced beef", the classic "beef tempura with salt", and the flavorful "beef with noodles". I have never eaten multiple types of beef tempura at once, but it was interesting to see that each had a different taste. In particular, the "upper sliced beef" was outstanding.
The beef teriyaki was served with a special sauce based on white soy sauce.
Next is "Three Types of Lean Meat Platter".
In the comparison of carne rost and halamin, all dishes were so fresh that it was difficult to determine which one was better. They were all extremely delicious.
This is a dish prepared with white and black soy sauce, along with specially made seasonings.
Next, the hormones were served with "Shimachio" and "Hachinosu". Since the sauces were included, we decided to eat them as they were.
All the meats were fresh and delicious.
While drinking beer and high-ball, we enjoyed the meal deliciously.
