This is from Rumeland, Nakashima-cho.
Today’s restaurant is the “Kojibata Ichisan”.
The first floor of Hashimoto No. 2 Building, a bustling area in Nakashima Town.
This week is my birthday.
Among the people in Muroran, there was a mother with whom I had a relatively long relationship. She suggested that she couldn’t come on weekends, so she offered to bring me food on weekdays.
确实,您很明白呢,笑
I was brought here as a request for fish to eat.
This is a restaurant that was opened by the previous owner last year.
That restaurant no longer exists before I arrived in Morioka. However, I heard from several people that it was quite expensive. So, it’s really helpful that someone here knows the place and can take me there. (^o^)
A counter with 8 seats, and there seems to be a room further back.
确实,看到菜单后发现几乎都没有标注价格——都是标价。
But since I’m not a person who hesitates, today it’s my mom’s treat. I’ll definitely eat the food she’s going to offer, lol.
The beer has a black label.
Indeed, a restaurant of this level wouldn’t disappoint.
The maintenance of the server is excellent, and both the taste and freshness are outstanding.
The starter items are white hair green onions and whale bacon.
The whale bacon is not too fatty, and it’s not overly salty either. This is a good product.
Sashimi is served per photo, one portion per person.
The scallops come with all the necessary components: shell, ovaries, and fins.
Pollock, tuna, catfish, salmon.
確かに刺身はどれも美味しいですが、特にホタテの卵巣がとても美味しいです。
Rich and flavorful, reminiscent of abalone.
Since my mother hardly eats anything that isn’t cooked, she ate almost everything by herself!
Today's recommendation is Tokishirasu. I would like to have it cooked by them.
The meat has a spicy flavor, and rather than focusing on its richness, it offers a rich taste of the meat itself.
The grilled part of the stomach is a delicacy, isn't it? The texture is interesting. And this is, well, suitable for drinking alcohol.
The head that was roasted was eaten because Mom wouldn’t let me take it away. Lol.
I also want to have oysters grilled.
I asked where it was produced, but I've forgotten it already (^_^;)
The oysters were not too large, but they were rich in flavor.
This place's shrimp seems to be really delicious, but I didn't get any on that day, so I had conger eel in vinegar instead.
It's a bit dry, but delicious. The sake seems to be getting better with time.
Even on days when I eat sliced food, it's still Japanese sake that I drink.
Mom, because she has work to do later, she managed to resist ordering sake. Lol.
I forgot to take pictures, but they served one-bowl rice as well. The rice was cut into pieces, isn't it?
We drank fish that was very popular among customers; both of us drank about 5 or 6 glasses each.
Mom paid for it, but since she knows about eating logs, she told me the price: 13,000 yen.
Maybe there are some dishes where the price is reduced with mom’s face, but considering the overall content, 6500 yen per person seems rather cheap.
If you have the opportunity to eat fish in Nakashima-cho, this place is definitely a must-visit!
This is the first review for this year, with a score of 4 points or above. ♪
Next time, let's go together, right? ♡
Thank you very much for the hospitality. (・∀・)
