Nigiri Sushi (Extra Fine) 3000 Yen
In the rhythm of the galaxy!
Sateokey.
A member who saw my restaurant review posted on the website sent me a message today, asking to be taken to our restaurant for sushi. I attached a note with the words "Understood" to the message and sent it along with a pigeon. ♪
We parked our car at the parking lot in front of Meishi Station. We arrived at 11 o’clock, and there was no one else there—no customers, literally no one. Our order was two servings of nigiri sushi (deluxe), please!
Sushi is served in a lively manner, with two kojis each. The ingredients are of good quality; the shrimp dances on top of the sushi. The size of the ingredients is quite large, and depending on the situation, they are even cut into thick slices. The sushi is of a low-density type, and the presentation is somewhat rustic. The wasabi was provided separately, and I added the appropriate amount to enhance the taste. The last piece of shrimp had an excellent aroma, and I could fully enjoy the umami flavor within its interior. It was a perfect ending. Additionally, today's soup wasn't red miso soup; it resembled a drink made with fish.
The owner of the restaurant was a smiling and cheerful old man. He seemed to be quite old, but he was actually very energetic. I thought that much while leaving the store. Today, February 9th, is the day for connecting data.

Nigiri Sushi (Extra Fine) 3000 Yen
This restaurant was one of the targets I had in mind during the Miyazaki match. However, I didn’t actually go there, and as a result, the Miyazaki match ended without any reviews being left for the restaurant. In such a situation, after reading some reviews from my fellow reviewers, I decided to give it a try and visit the restaurant myself. Yay!
11:30 arrived at the restaurant. There was one customer ahead of me; an old man who was eating sushi while drinking bottle beer. Both the exterior and interior of the restaurant give a sense of history, typical of a place specializing in sushi. I ordered some top-quality sushi in a slightly louder voice.
The sushi was served in pairs of two pieces, presented in a photo-quality arrangement. The service was quick. All the ingredients were large and of extremely high freshness, making them delicious! After eating the shrimps, I was surprised to see that only the tail parts of the ingredients were still vibrating and bouncing on the plate. Still, it was delicious. As expected, the firm-fleshed ingredients were indeed firm-fleshed, while those that weren’t had a strong umami flavor. At the end, I received a head of shrimp, which was even more fragrant. The fish-infused red soup was also delicious. For such a price of 3,000 yen, it’s really a bargain.
The chef, to put it simply, is a truly great man. His manners and way of speaking are very gentle and natural. The sushi he prepares is also of top quality. I thought this was definitely among the best in Kitakyushu’s town sushi. As I left Moji today, April 28th, it was a day with four leaves.
