We had been looking forward to visiting Eirii-Tei, but it was not easy to get a reservation. Finally, we managed to make a visit. It’s a store run by the meat wholesaler. On a weekday at 1 PM, there were only two customers ahead of us.
The menu is ordered using a pad. First, we received mini salads, kimchi, and namul. Then, they lit the roast stove. The roast stove uses a special water-burning method, so the aroma of grilled meat doesn’t stick to clothes easily, as they announced.
Geeta Karbi Lunch: 1250 yen
The meat arrived! Geeta Karbi is a beef cut around the ribs, with layers of lean and fat. It’s also called ‘middle-cut karbi’. Specifically, it refers to the meat between the ribs.
Geeta Karbi has a rich taste, soft texture, and a perfect balance of chewability. It’s indeed more delicious than ordinary karbi, which is greasy. It goes well with rice. It was really delicious. I wish there was a little more of it.
The floor was slippery, so the staff escorted us to the entrance. They said to be careful when going down the stairs because the floor was slippery. Although I was worried about the slippery floor, the hospitality and service were excellent.
Thank you for the meal.
