The "Mirero" where I stayed last night... I ate too much, didn't I? It feels like I've eaten way too much!
Thanks to that, I don't plan to eat lunch today.
Arrived at "Kurehiba Port" on the "Tokyo Bay Ferry".
Next destination is "Hotel JAL City Kainai Yokohama".
I debated whether to take a shortcut or go straight to the hotel.
I have been scheduled to visit the parking lot as a preview for my destination tomorrow.
Why? It's "Shinkang", located in Nakahama-ku, Yokohama City.
Red Brick Warehouses and Yokohama Cosmo World, among others.
That's because they are scattered throughout the area.
This day was a Sunday, so there was an extremely crowded situation, exactly as expected!
“横浜ワールドポーターズ 駐車場”に並んだものの
The restaurant was fully booked, and I really couldn’t get in. So, I decided to give up and head back to the hotel!
Parked the car in the parking lot next to the hotel and checked in.
I paid in advance to go to my room.
Since our accommodation was a "breakfast included accommodation package",
For dinner, we went to the Chinese Street to enjoy our meals on the go.
For more details, please refer to the "Bonus" section.
Let's skip ahead to the next morning!
In the room, I took a morning shower to adjust my body temperature before heading to the hotel's first floor.
"Café & Restaurant Silk"의 "Breakfast Buffet".
The fees other than the French language service are listed below.

Since it was a breakfast buffet, I was able to choose whatever I liked and wanted to eat.
It's unfortunate to use such an offensive term like "物色".
At first, I looked at the entire menu from my seat.
What caught my attention are the two recommended dishes.
The first item is "100% Beef Patty Thick Hamburger".
The second item is "Monkfish Fresh Dilled Noodles."
I immediately went to order these two dishes.
I ordered a "fatty hamburger" first.
The chef said, "We would appreciate your patience!"
In front of you, the chef is cooking the pate over a metal plate.
They prepared a freshly made burger right in front of me.
Upon seeing the finished product, it seems quite small!
Without realizing it, I couldn't help but chuckle inwardly.
Additionally, there were four types of sources available.
I chose ① mustard and ③ ketchup to my liking.
Next, move horizontally and order "Monkfish Fresh Dilled Stew".
The sashimi that will be served on top was already prepared in small plates.
In a small tea bowl, rice is placed, and sashimi is arranged on top to complete the dish.
This also turned out to be a cute "Monjirō Kagezuka Dondly".
The ingredients are tuna, shrimp, and octopus, right?
<Japanese food ingredients>
Creamy rice, miso soup, fried eggs, grilled fish, stews, side dishes, and about 15 other types of food.
<パンは?>
Inside the restaurant, we prepared mini sandwiches and battered rolls.
Sorry! I forgot to count what was there.
<What to drink?>
Milk, tomato juice, orange juice, etc.
So, what would be my favorite
Since it still had a slight burnt taste, I’ll have a hamburger that can be eaten even when it’s still slightly cooked!
Small but delicious patties! It's definitely not something to be taken lightly.
Surprisingly juicy and meaty, it's delicious.
What a small-sized Kibyōsenjīdō!
I haven’t tried it before, but it’s a ding dish right in front of me.
What a surprise! I finished eating it in just three bites.
Three types of sashimi were also delicious.
Add as much liver ingredients as you like to a bowl, then add miso soup. Done!
The ingredients were added a bit too much!
It expanded due to the broth, resulting in too many ingredients and turning into a miso soup.
The taste of the broth itself is a gentle, light miso flavor, with plenty of umami from the broth, making it delicious.
Cucumbers, Potatoes Salad, Tomatoes, Avocados, Lettuce, etc.
Fresh vegetables, each with their own unique umami and sweetness, making them delicious.
・Salad plates.
Dashi oroshi, egg custard, Chikushi-yaki, two types of pickled vegetables.
It's like a Japanese version of the "Breakfast Menu" section.
It was generally delicious to eat.
It has a delicious umami flavor.
Yakisoba
A moderate level of steaming, without adding any seasoning or powder
This dish truly captures the rich flavor of the filling.
・Aji-fry
Although it wasn’t a one-piece fried fish, it was thick and delicious.
・Pork Minced
It has a slight spiciness, so I would have preferred to eat it alone, along with rice and other dishes!
A small amount of butter added to make it sweet, and I finished eating it in two bites.
It was delicious, but I didn’t order any extra food.
It was generally delicious.
・Double Oyón Curry
“神戸ハイカレー”を食べる。
This is also one of the recommended menu items here!
Separate into steamed and fried options, cooked thoroughly
A lot of onions were used to bring out the sweetness.
"ダブルオニオン"製法。
Additionally, we have carefully selected original blend spices.
A delicious curry that allows you to experience its aroma, flavor, and sourness! That's right.
Indeed, this morning curry is rich and delicious.
The spiciness is comparable to that of a medium-spicy dish, but the aftertaste is surprisingly refreshing and delicious.
<The third breakfast menu?>
Nuts, raisins, strawberry sauce, maple syrup dressing
It had a slightly sour taste, but it wasn't mixed into the entire sauce.
I'm glad that each source was eaten separately.
・Corn Flakes
It seems like you have provided a source text in Japanese. I will translate it into English as requested. Please note that I will only retain the necessary proper nouns and avoid mixing Latin letters with Japanese characters within the same word. Here is the translated segment:
"Is it good to be able to consume a large amount of dietary fiber?"
<Post-meal Drinks>
It's delicious. After breakfast, it can be brought to the room as well.
It makes me happy, and it's a great service.
After breakfast, I relaxed in my room, in line with the operating hours of the Yokohama Ropeway.
I have checked out.
Thank you for one night.
