I received this rare and expensive fish—a delicacy that I might only encounter once in my lifetime—last October. Having worked hard every day, it’s quite difficult to write reviews these days. (;^_^A
Last autumn, I received a offer for the restaurant "Akinosan - with fried tofu and drinks included (8,500 yen, including taxes)".
The beer is a "Kami-oh" premium Mörtz. It is served with great care from the start ( ´∀` )

"テッサ"、鴨の歯の食感と滑らかな触感、肉から放たれる甘さが本当に素晴らしく、何度も何度も噛み続けたくなります♡本当においしいです~"
“フグから揚げ”は、丁寧な手作業で作られており、衣と揚げ加減が完璧です。フグのプリっとした感覚と皮のパリコリが最高に美味しいです♡
“てっちり”、これは王道ですよね。ふぐ料理の♪てっさも美味しいですが、鍋に入れると旨味が倍増します。出汁の効能が高い鍋にふぐを加えることで、ふぐの人気が理解できます。カジカで使われる“鍋壊し”という言葉も、実はふぐから来ているんですよね?
The lobster was so delicious that I ordered additional dishes: "Lobster skin (880 yen including tax)" and "lobster meat (2,900 yen including tax). Even the skin was delicious. I just couldn't stop eating while drinking sake... And the lobster meat was even more delicious—it exuded a rich umami flavor and a smooth texture. Lobster... oh my god♡
ordered "hirezuku", while staring at the blue flames right in front of me. It disappeared immediately, and then we kissed each other. The aroma of hire and the sweetness that melted into the spicy sake—a truly wonderful combination! ♪
A full meal where you can enjoy the delicious mandarin duck. I savored the soup served after the main dish, and finished with a dessert. It was a great experience! ♪
