A Yakiniku restaurant in Uchūchō. This is my first post, but I'm currently a regular customer here.
Although the rating displayed on the foodlog is just “普通”(3.09),by reading the reviews, it’s easy to imagine that this restaurant is a good place. The prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere and customer base are quite calm. It’s perfect for dining with colleagues or small groups of people. The somewhat classy interior has a touch of a club-like charm, reminiscent of nearby famous restaurants serving Tameishi. However, it’s also suitable for formal gatherings that prefer a more casual atmosphere.
With large pieces of meat, the perfect cooking degree results in juices overflowing from the meat. It's a mix of simple salt-baked dishes and those with added flavors like miso, green onions, and dashi sauce. Although it's a chain restaurant, all the dishes are extremely delicious.
・選んだ料理はささみとわさび焼きです。焼き加減が絶妙で、とても柔らかい食感でした。
・ハツ焼きの加減が素晴らしい。とろんと柔らかくて美味しい。シンプルな塩焼きだ。
・ひなどり:ゴマとマッスー、そして大量のネギが入っています。本当にジューシーです。ネギはシャキシャキとしています。
・せせり:ゴマとマッスー,そして大量の大根おろし。せせりはジュワジュワとしていて,おろしはフワフワな状態です。
・しし唐:胸肉を使ったシンプルな塩焼き料理。豪快で、食べるだけで満足感が得られる。
・つくね:甘さと粘度が控えめで、キリっとした味わいのタレを使った料理。細かい軟骨が入り、筋肉質な味わい。肉々しい
・胸肉タタキ ポン酢ジュレ。とてもしっとりしています。サラダのような感覚です。
・レバタタキ ごま油で調理されます。臭みがなく、とてもクリミュールです。お酒によく合います。
This restaurant offers a fairly large selection of local sake and shochu, which is very welcome for drinkers. For now, it's relatively easy to make reservations. However, the seats are always filled by nearby office workers and female employees.
Whether smoking is allowed or not can be a point of disagreement, but that's just a matter of personal preference. I'll come back again. Thank you for the delicious meal!
