The "Gourmet Gathering Building" located near Tori-dori in the Susuki area.
G DINING, located on the 4th floor of Sapporo, is a Japanese-style restaurant with private rooms in every seat.

I have a second party with four people, including myself and my fellow reviewers.
As a review for this restaurant, this is supposed to be my first review...
In a setting with calm lighting, the interior exudes a gentle and elegant atmosphere, featuring a warm wood texture that adds to its charm.
In a high-quality environment where jazz music flows, you can enjoy a private space with complete privacy.
A restaurant that offers a "cozy time" just a step away from the hustle and bustle of Sussuki.
The interior of the restaurant resembles that of Kyoto, and the cuisine is based on Kyoto-style dishes.
Each dish is compared to those offered at more extensive izakaya establishments.
It seemed that the cooking was done properly, and there was a sense of meticulous work evident in every aspect of the service.
■ お通し
Yuzu Pepper Paste Steamed in Bowl
The tea bowl steamed food that is served first is a substantial dish, even though it's served in a small bowl.
A smooth texture on the steamed dish, with a faint aroma of yuzu pepper lingering in the air.
The smooth consistency of the moist filling gently brings together the entire dish.
The spiciness is moderate, and the aroma takes precedence.
From the moment of entry, one could sense the "gentleness of Japanese cuisine."
■ 음료
Nikkia Frontier Hi-Ball
With a refreshing taste, it has a citrus-like aroma.
A dish that can be balanced well between tempura and obanzai.
Not a strong carbonic acid that hits hard, but...
It's a type of wine that melts gently and gracefully, giving a relaxing drinking experience.
■ 天ぷら
A light type of dough that captures the sweetness and aroma of the ingredients.
I felt that the quality of the oil was good, and the aftertaste was light.
● ノドグロの天ぷら(¥429)
A light yet rich in umami flavor, this nori has a soft texture with a fluffy feel to its flesh.
Eating it with the salt from Shima Mushi in Okinawa gives a more elegant sweetness that stands out.
● ナス(¥198)
This is a simple fried food that captures the essence of the season. The cooking technique used is absolutely exquisite.
Inside, the moisture of the eggplant is fresh and bubbly, making it juicy and sweet.
About the salt-shaped mangold in Okinawa
In Okinawa, salt produced by salt-making craftsmen from the beautiful and rich seas is called "Mās".
We used natural sea salt that was dissolved in Okinawa's seawater, and then we cooked it carefully in a flat pot.
■ The teriyaki ordered by my reviewer
Abalone (¥429)
穴子(¥429)
Tomanegi (¥187)
■ おばんざい
These small dishes truly capture the charm of Kyoto, utilizing the excellent ingredients to their fullest potential.
● セリとえのきの玉子 お浸し(¥418)
A fragrant celery and enoki mushroom flavors are wrapped in soft eggs,
The mildness of the broth complements the dish, providing an appropriate presence as a finishing touch.
A truly authentic Japanese dish, a bannazai that truly lived up to its reputation for authentic Japanese cuisine.
● イイダコとナスを煮込んだ料理[温](¥418)
I have not eaten anything from this place.
■ 음료 (2잔)
● 鍋島 特別純米
The aroma is excellent, and the taste is both light and profound.
A food drink that gently spreads the umami of rice, suitable for both tempura and obanzai.
● はんなり京梅酒 ロック
The consistency is not too strong, and it has a fluffy, sweet and sour taste.
A moderate sweetness that does not compromise the harmony with Japanese cuisine, with a pleasant aftertaste of fragrance.
■ 柔らかく優しい仕上げ
Mascarpone and pumpkin stew
In the context of Japanese cuisine, there emerges for a brief moment the "signs of a dessert."
The natural sweetness of the pumpkin and the richness of the mascarpone blend together, creating a harmonious combination.
It's a dish that can be described as a stew, yet it has the moist sweetness and richness of a dessert.
It was a plate that gently smoothed out the aftertaste of the meal.
■ 総評
Enjoyed a quiet atmosphere in private rooms across all seats.
Elegant tempura, Japanese side dishes, and sake and plum wine.
Located in the heart of Susuki, its charm lies in allowing you to forget the hustle and bustle and enjoy a leisurely time.
The dishes truly conveyed the essence of Japanese cuisine.
A restaurant that can be used for a variety of occasions, from a light drink to a relaxing evening conversation.
The atmosphere and taste are well balanced, making it a place I really want to visit again.
