East Osaka, Busu area – “Agetemon Tsukusha Harukana”!
Basically, it’s a Japanese-style restaurant run by just one chef.
※ In busy days, even the chef’s mother joins in, creating a warm atmosphere.
Last time, I had “tessa,” a dish typical of winter flavors. This time, my goal is to enjoy the lobster known as “matsukago” from Kishigai, which is also a prominent feature of winter in this region.
This year, due to a bumper harvest after several years, the fish are well-flavored and in good condition.
At Haruko, these pine tree crab pieces are carefully blanched, and all the flesh is separated before being served. So, they are extremely easy to eat.
Eating makes it feel warm and soft.
And above all, this exquisite lobster costs only 2,200 yen—a shocking price point.
Although it’s a higher-priced item among Haruka’s offerings, if you enjoy the same quality at other places, the price is likely to be 1.5 to 2 times higher.
It's absolutely delightful to drink this while nibbling it little by little.
Additionally, I ordered spring eel fried rice, renkon manju, shirana and pork butt stew, and beef stew (with a bucket).
Fried dishes, without a doubt, possess a stable and delicious taste.
Personally, the hits were Shirona and pork butt stew. They have a gentle and comforting taste that truly lingers in the winter stomach.
And the beef stew is, as always, of high quality.
Thank you for your generous hospitality.
東大阪・布施にある和食店「春菜」。
A place where you can enjoy seasonal ingredients in a comfortable manner, a restaurant that makes you want to visit again and again.
What I received today are the flavors of winter.
First, tecca and salt-baked scallops.
Despite the simple cooking method, the freshness of the ingredients is clearly highlighted.
And what I admire every time is the fried dishes.
The restaurant's name, "Agetemon," without any errors.
These fried tempura of large-sized mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms are outstanding. The saimaki cheese fries are also excellent.
Especially the salmon cheese fry
Since the order is received, preparations begin immediately, resulting in a limited timing for serving these rare items.
The day it was eaten was a lucky day.
Additionally, the seasonal grautans are also perfect.
Although this restaurant focuses on Japanese cuisine, the level of completion of such a dish is quite high.
Unpretentious, without strain on the shoulders and elbows.
A great place where you can enjoy delicious items from the season at an affordable price.
Thank you for always being our guests and for providing us with delicious meals.
Thank you for the delicious meal.

A small restaurant just a few minutes' walk from Kintetsu Busi Station!
The chef runs the restaurant on a one-person basis.
The matsutake and sea scallops that I asked to be prepared in advance.
The scallops are served either grilled with a crust of salt or roasted in salt.
Matsutake is served as tempura.
Recent matsutake, even if they can't be called domestic products, some Chinese-made ones are still quite delicious.
The aroma is quite faint, but.
Japanese: 生姜焼(つきだし)
Tsurukaki Shimo Shibari: 800 yen
Salmon Salt Roast 850 Yen
Matsutake Teriyaki Terashiru 950 yen
Please change the pork tenderloin to a green onion salt-baked dish. It probably costs around 750 yen.

Sushi is available for 900 yen per serving, plus an additional 200 yen for a larger portion, with shiitake mushrooms and yacon added as an option.
Drank an awful lot and spent around 10,000 yen.
Thank you for the delicious meal.

通常はその日のおすすめメニューを食べることが多いのですが、今回は定番メニューをもっと注文してみました。
The meatloaf was delicious, with a soft and crispy texture.
It's a simple style with just ponzu and dashi, but the sauce is well-established, so it's quite good.
Next time, let's focus on the regular menu items.
There's also a "good-value Harukane set" available, so for those who are new to this place, that might be a good option.
Since each portion is quite large, you need to be careful about how much you order.
Thank you for your generous hospitality.
東大阪市には布施駅の近くに位置する隠れ家的な和食店があります。
The chef prepares seasonal dishes as a one-person operation.
This day,
・Salmon Roasted with Salt
・Boiled Squid Crab Care
・蟹奶油煎饼
・ササミチーズフライ
・Fresh Tempura
・Potato Pizza
Received.
Everything was delicious, but the Potato Pizza was an innovative dish using hash potatoes. It seems easy to replicate at home, and I really liked it.
Sashimi and shiitake salt-baked dishes are simply outstanding.
I have to go there again.
Thank you for the delicious meal.

If you go to Higashi-Osaka
A Japanese-style restaurant that seems a bit shabby.
A restaurant where the owner runs it alone, focusing on a counter-style dining experience.
Basically, it’s delicious no matter what you eat there.
On this day, I really liked the gratin!
The fried eggplant was also very tender and delicious, which was great!
Above all, it's enjoyable to talk with the master while sitting at the counter, drinking and eating together.
So, I tend to eat and drink too much, lol.
Thank you for your hospitality.
If you have any matters to attend to in Higashi-Osaka, just wander around and head into a small restaurant by yourself.
On this day, I ordered the following dishes: cooked seafood mixture, salt-roasted shrimp, a little oden, fried eel, and fried salmon.
The fried scallops and shrimp were really good!
Thank you very much for your hospitality.

If you have a trip to Higashi-Osaka, be sure to visit one of these restaurants for dinner!
In a cozy interior, the master serves dishes based on Japanese cuisine.
It’s been quite a while since I last visited, but it was still as enjoyable and pleasant as ever.
That day, we ate and drank a lot inside the restaurant. We even ordered takeout. Lol.
Let's go again.
If you have matters in Higashi-Osaka, you almost always go to a restaurant alone for dinner!
This time, we ordered a small pot of Matsusaka pork shabushabu, a dish prepared with flat pieces of meat. We also had a dish made with vegetables from Tamachi, oden, and fried squid served with soy sauce and plum sauce. The final dish was a miso soup served alongside the above items.
As always, it's a delicious and good restaurant. (^-^)
A Japanese-style restaurant located in a secluded spot on Asakusa Kannon-dori in Bussha, Higashi-Osaka City!
A counter-service restaurant run by a male owner who is my age, 39 years old.
That day, regardless of the recommended menu or the general menu including oden and tempura, whatever you order, it's all delicious with a delicate flavor (^-^)
This time, we enjoyed ebi gratin, steamed bonito, fried tofu, and oden!
While not a seneburo (a traditional Japanese restaurant), the "Harukane Set" offers a set menu consisting of grilled bonito and oden in three varieties, along with raw beer. The price is 1150 yen.
Thank you for your hospitality.
