Entering Prince in Miaido.
プリンスですよ、プリンス。
It's a restaurant name that seems like it's been waiting for me to arrive all along, isn't it?
At the entrance, there was a huge Pu-san, as if to welcome the return of the prince.
When I stared intently at Pu-san, she said, "Welcome back, my dear prince." That's what it felt like.
This restaurant.
Not only the name of the restaurant, but even the curry managed to delight the prince.
Because of this, it's also a pleasure to explore different Innepa restaurants!
First, the appetizers.
A vegetable soup with well-seasoned garlic, along with a variety of fresh salads.
Just by eating this, I have a feeling that the curry must be excellent as well.
The main restaurant is a type of innepa-style place that I occasionally see.
◆ネパールチキンスープセット 激辛
Ingredients include eggs, eggplant, red peppers, mushrooms, and green beans. Looking at the image, it seems that okra was also included.
There it is—deca-chicken with bones!
It has been lightly sautéed, resulting in a large amount of translucent onions and garlic sinking to the bottom.
This dish is served alongside a vibrant, lustrous version of Pu-san-colored tempeh rice.
Wow! Delicious.
Cayenne pepper and garlic are really effective here, and this is the flavor I like.
Especially how to make garlic effective.
In the finishing touches, it seems that they used a significant amount of garlic in the preparation.
Even those who use complex spices are fine, but recently I've been particularly impressed by the quality of these symphonic dishes.
It comes with fresh lemon juice, so in the second half, when you squeeze it gently, the sourness increases immediately, making it twice as delicious.
Because there is a layer of oil on it, it’s good that the lemon juice doesn’t cool up until the very end.
I haven't tried any other menus, but judging from the level of this Sop Karey Set, it can be said to be a quite high-quality Inneepa.
At least Sop Karee offers a level of satisfaction that cannot be wrong.
Moreover,
This restaurant.
Not only are there ice coffee and oolong tea available, but also chai is served à la carte.
If I think it might just be a simple milk tea, then it's a solid chai, even though it's a lighter version.
This is quite rare and delightful!
If I really go all out, just a cup of tea will be enough to make up for it. I'll definitely get through with that.
カッカッカー!
Well, I could only drink one cup of that meal... (Laughter)
This is a remarkable deal—the total cost for this meal is just 1050 yen.
While the neighboring Yokodo is known as the curry street, Miaodian is actually a region where curry is not even mentioned.
But there are some high-level restaurants that can be found here.
When you visit Miaodian, by dining at this restaurant, you can experience the feeling of being a prince for a brief moment.
