A chicken restaurant located in Nagaoka City, Hotta District. A visit took place around 10 o'clock on a weekday, for breakfast purposes.
I was guided to a counter seat, and I ordered this menu.
★ うなとろ丼定食 900円
(From ordering to serving took about 10 minutes)

I hope you can use this as a brief summary of the situation during my visit and the menu items.
The parking lot is shared by all facilities, while the interior is a cozy space filled with counters and tables.
At this time, there were no previous guests in the restaurant. However, as the breakfast service was nearing its end, several new customers arrived afterward.
Previously a ramen restaurant was located here, but now there’s a new chicken restaurant that has opened up.
The restaurant is open from 7 o'clock, and it offers breakfast menu services until 11 o'clock. That's why I came here for that.
As shown in the photo, there are four types of breakfast options. I was also interested in the mixed rice, but I decided to order this menu instead.
The rice served in the dunnbori was well seasoned with tamari. It seemed that the seasoning was added after the order was placed.
Each grain of rice has a distinct flavor, and the sauce is lightly coated on top.
There, tororo and eel are served. But at this price, the eel is cut into small pieces—four pieces in total.
Although it feels like the food has been cooked thoroughly, as the main dish, it cannot be fully appreciated.
However, this combination of rice and tonkatsu works well together, quickly disappearing into the stomach.
I thought it was a liver, but to my surprise, there were a large snake half-cut into pieces in it.
The small dishes consisted of koyote and wakame, but the dried cherry shrimp served with kawahe had a great taste.
Just the fact that the breakfast features a snake as the main dish is already impressive, but it would be even better if the main character stood out more.
Thank you for your hospitality.
