During Golden Week, the lunch hours at the restaurants were busy. I visited several places, but they were all full and extremely crowded.
I drove my car from home, covering a distance of nearly 20 kilometers.
Ah, just any place will do. I parked my car in the parking lot of that chain-restaurant ramen shop that's always open. It was also very crowded. At that moment, I looked at the parking lot across from us—the “Kuhoku” restaurant. It was completely empty. Even on weekends and holidays, this place still serves lunch.
Okay, one person's grilled meat is enough.
The Kobe Steakhouse itself hasn't been visited for many years.
Upon entering, as expected, there was no one else inside. There was 1 group of customers before us.
Is it common knowledge that these restaurants are open on weekends and holidays?
Order is

It's a single-person table, but I was guided to a table where a charcoal fire was set up.
After a short while, a meal consisting of Toro Karubi and豚 Karubi was delivered. That's quick!
We ordered salads, drank cola, and continued to grill them until they were fully cooked.
Torokarubi, the pork karubi is a product that matches its price. It is marinated in a sauce, which makes it soft and suitable for consumption without any issues.
The amount of meat is also 250g, so it’s very substantial.
So, my stomach is completely full.
The restaurant was very empty, so I was able to enjoy a quiet one-person grilled meat lunch. That's great.
