The aroma of ripe plums, blackberries, and spices was impressive. This wine complemented the fatty beef perfectly. Its smooth tannins and rich texture enhanced the sweetness of the meat. Firstly, despite being located right in the heart of Kabukicho, the interior is extremely calm and has a atmosphere reminiscent of an adult’s retreat. The noise outside seems like a lie compared to the tranquility inside. I immediately realized that this was a place frequented by people I know. I was taken there by a friend, and I had no idea such a place existed. Honestly, I was quite surprised.
Looking at the menu, there are an astonishingly wide variety of meat options. There are beef, pork, chicken, and even rarer cuts of meat available. I was seriously torn between choosing which one to eat. So, I ordered the famous "Meat Strips Platter" first. And this is truly amazing.
The meat is melting! It’s of top quality, and there’s absolutely no off-flavors. When eaten with salt and wasaebi, the meat melts in your mouth in just a moment. You really feel like you can eat it indefinitely.
The use of low-temperature cooking ensures that the food is safe to consume, which is also a pleasant aspect.
Next up are grilled dishes. Especially the "Kobe beef top-grade karabia" is truly impressive.
The fat is firmly attached to the meat, yet it’s not too strong. The staff member carefully taught me how to cook it properly, saying, “Just grill the surface lightly and serve it medium-rare.” So, I followed their advice. It was amazing. The umami flavor spread throughout my mouth in an instant, and I felt extremely happy.

Personally, "harami" is also a dish I can't forget. The red meat has a rich umami flavor, and the more you chew it, the more delicious it becomes. It's a taste that makes you want to eat more rice, but I decided to enjoy it with alcohol instead (laughs).
The drinks are also quite comprehensive, and there’s a special "meat-specific red wine" available. This wine really complements the meat! It’s a light and easy-drinking red wine. When consumed with grilled meat, it truly refreshes your taste buds. With this wine, I can eat more meat again.

"肉寿司"は絶対に注文した方がいいです。シャリは小さめで、肉が主役です。さっと焼いた和牛が乗っており、口に入れるとシャリと一緒にほろっと溶けます。これは、いくつでも注文してもいい一品です。
"冷麺"もセットとしては最高でした。キムチの盛り合わせも味付けが上品で、肉を邪魔しないのが良かったです。
