I learned about this restaurant. Being a fan of chicken, I visited there a few days later.

The former casual man who owned the restaurant met the founder of "Sukai Raku", a person whom his mother knew.
It seems that he headed towards this path. After leaving his salaried job, he also worked at Kanda Meat Center.
This restaurant serves dishes made with大山鶏.
Building one floor has a Yamanote-soba restaurant called Marufuku Fisheries.
There is a restaurant on the 4th floor, but the floors above 3rd floor are food-related buildings like Plab Pub Bar.
Going straight to the back of the 4F corridor, there is a poster of the YAMAHA rugby team in front of the restaurant.

The owner, who is called "Moe Raga-Man," has a sturdy build, but he seems kind-hearted.
The price is quite reasonable for an establishment in Akasaka.

However, the sauce used as a base flavor is too strong. It’s not just overpowering; it’s extremely salty.
This is a deep-flavored fried food that seems to be popular among students who enjoy casual dining.
A strong flavor of soy sauce hits you right away.
The salad comes with dressing added from the beginning.
The onions are crispy and pleasant to the taste.

It's a tart with not much viscosity. There are tiny pieces of garlic included in it.
It's quite straightforward and easy to understand.
The soup consists of eggs and wakame soup.
The rice is served on plates that have depressions, but they are flat. Therefore, it cools down quickly.

The seasoning of the fried foods was too strong.
The atmosphere of the restaurant is good.
