The chicken ham is served alongside salads, so I enjoyed it together with the vegetables.
The moisty saltiness of the chicken ham enhances the sweetness of the vegetables.

Perhaps due to the slow cooking at low temperatures, the skin has a fragrant aroma, while the meat is surprisingly tender and juicy. When chewed, the sweet flavor of the chicken fat spreads throughout the mouth.
The sauce helps to enhance the flavor, making the high-ball extremely delicious.

You can enjoy beef steaks with two types of sauces.
The miso butter is particularly delicious, and it pairs well with both meat and vegetables.

The pork was so well flavored that it absorbed the taste completely. The outside was fragrant, while the inside was tender and delicious. It was truly a tasty piece of meat.
● Carbon-fire grilled domestic chicken thighs
The chicken thighs, packed with rich umami flavors, are seasoned with the aroma of charcoal fire and yuzu pepper, giving them a spicy and delicious taste.

Personally, I prefer those parts that are slightly burnt and crispy.
