Sushi Shop Kawa – A long-time absence from this place.
The esteemed figure in the sushi industry, Mr. Yamada, had a hand in operating a renowned restaurant in Meguro-ku—Kanhaobonkan. Unfortunately, due to his advanced age and the lack of successors, the restaurant had to close down several years ago.
The owner of this restaurant, Mr. Fujio, was a person who visited our place back in the late Edo period. It's quite a long time ago now.
The brightly lit and clean interior of the restaurant features a L-shaped counter and two tables.
While individual orders are also possible, on this day, we opted for a menu with courses.

After dinner, there are flower beans available. Eating these reminds me of Kanba. (≧∀≦)

Since I haven’t visited this restaurant for a while, this is a good opportunity to see Hōto-kun’s face again after such a long time.
It's been a long time since I've visited Sushisawa, the branch of Kanpō Honpō. Although I don't claim to have inherited any specific traditions from them, they still prepare some items that remind me of those times.

寿司界の重鎮、山田氏が腕を振るった「寛八本店」は、残念ながら、高齢と後継者がいなかったため、数年前に閉店しました。
Kanba’s most prominent disciple, Mr. Watanabe, opened his own restaurant in Asakusa called “Yasumine-kei”.
Based on the Kanbō family tree, you have fully explored the world of Mr. Watanabe.
And this time, during the Kanha era, Mr. Kawanabe’s junior, Mr. Kouto, was entrusted with the responsibility of managing "Sushipan" in Yushima. Thus, based on the Kanha lineage, Mr. Kouto began to create his own world.
At Yuzima, I can once again enjoy sushi from the Kanba-ka lineage. That's really nice!
The newly renovated interior features an L-shaped counter with 8 seats, and 8 tables.
The position and angle of the lighting are appropriate.
