これは過去の訪問です。
We went to Ginko-san, located on the 29th floor of the Hilton Kanazawa Hotel.
There is a counter seat surrounded by iron plates, and from the large windows on the other side of the space, one can enjoy a panoramic view of the streets of Kanazawa.
This time, we visited for lunch.
Reservations were made in advance. During the reservation process, I also booked a menu for the meal.
There were many customers, and it seemed that there were families who came here to celebrate anniversaries, as well as people from other regions of the prefecture.

◇Hana Sei
Amuse, salads, meat, grilled vegetables, cooked rice, soy sauce soup, mini desserts, coffee
You can choose from around 4 different types of meat.
(Rumyuchi, Slaughter, Rumyuchi and Slaughter, Ten-Der-Roin)
This dish can be enjoyed with five different flavors: bamboo charcoal salt, sakura soy sauce, Japanese-style sauce, ume bonito, and wasabi.
The rice can be changed to garlic rice at an additional fee.
The chef prepares the food on the iron griddle right in front of you.
The cooking seemed to be done in a rhythmic manner, which made it enjoyable.
The meat is soft and delicious♡
The menu items like Amuse and salads are also beautifully presented, making them enjoyable to look at even with just the eyes.
From the large windows, we enjoyed a meal while enjoying the scenery of Kanazawa. It was a luxurious moment.
Since the meal is served while enjoying the night views, it seems like we can enjoy a different atmosphere.
The chef and the staff were also very kind and polite in their approach.
After eating, we had mini desserts and coffee in a separate room.
I also enjoyed this dish very much.
My stomach is also full...
Perfect for anniversaries or dates! ♡
Thank you for your hospitality ♡
