Today's dinner was at the west entrance of the Bujida Station.
Exiting from the west entrance of Pudao Station on the JR Keihin Tohoku Line and the Tokyu Toba River Line/Tsukahama Line, one will find Gakugei Street running alongside the side of Don Quixote.
As the name suggests, there is a narrow street ahead of which lies the Japan Institute of Technology School and Tokyo Engineering University.
Kōgakuin-dori, it’s a street where old-fashioned shops still remain, while at the same time, new shops are gradually emerging. It has a chaotic and mixed atmosphere. I think that’s how only I perceive this street, which is truly characteristic of蒲田.
During lunchtime, it seems that many students are present in this place. There are plenty of restaurants that offer affordable prices and generous portions.

Thus, what I finally arrived at was this restaurant, located just near Japan Institute of Technology.
I thought, "Shabu-shabu? It's probably out of season, right?" But at the same time, I also thought, "It must be empty, right?"
However, when I opened the door, there was almost a full room! Wow, really surprising (゚Д゚). I managed to squeeze in and get a seat.
There are many tables available for seating, but near the entrance, there are also semi-private areas separated by curtains. We will guide you there. It's great that you can dine without having to worry about other customers.
Speaking of Shabushabu at Wen Yuye, I thought that the option for a buffet was either a single order or a two-choice option. However, they have introduced a "consumption-only set" option.
(After investigation, it turns out that this was introduced half a year ago, in January of this year.)
This is a very affordable set that includes about three types of meat, a common set (half of a cherry-gi salad, vegetable platter, and kishimen), and two types of soy sauce, just like in the free-choice or single-item menu options.
While the amount of food served is not as large as that of a buffet, it's perfect for people like us who really want to eat a lot!
Therefore, I ordered two sets of "to eat" items.

When raised just a little, there is still a hint of pink. The umami of the meat remains intact, making it delicious.

Rich in fat, extremely tender. The meat feels juicy every time you bite into it; it’s of high quality.
・San-yo pork loye (491 yen: net price)
Due to its name, it’s not as oily as it looks, and it’s quite light in flavor.

Vegetables (and the kishimen mentioned later) are duplicated, so I'll cut them off.
・厳選牛カルビ(491円:税引き後)
Rich in fat, extremely smooth. Please be careful not to overheat it. It is recommended to heat it until it reaches a light pink color.
・Hokkaido Tsya Hime Pork Steak (591 yen: VAT-exclusive)
Gently stir the pot, and it’s at its most delicious when the soup is still a shade of pink. Be careful not to add too much heat, or the soup will become hard.
・Hokkaido Tsya Hime Pork Karabin (591 yen: VAT-exclusive)
The meat has just the right amount of fat, making it firm and tender. When you bite into it, the delicious juices flow out, which is really delightful.
I thought that shibushi-bu might be out of season, but it's not at all. It's just as delicious as usual.
Therefore, an additional order.
・旨み牛(491円:税引き後)
It seems to be processed meat that has been injected with fat. Nevertheless, it’s still quite good… actually, it’s excellent.
A dish that truly allows you to savor the rich flavor of the meat.
・チーズしゃぶしゃぶ(291円:税引き後)
This melted cheese is perfect for both cows, pigs, and chickens.
This, if completely submerged, has a high chance of being undetectable for the future. Therefore, it’s better to melt it while it’s attached to something like a scoop.
・きしめん (182円:税引き後)
Since the kishimen are flat noodles, it's great that heat spreads through them quickly.
The chewy texture of the noodles fits perfectly for serving at home. I really want to try this dish, and that’s why I ordered it with beef.

Sakura-hime chicken roe shabushabu with cheese. Since it's chicken and cheese, it's definitely delicious, right? It has a bit of Western flavor to it.
Tasteful beef and kishimen, served with the rich umami of beef broth and kishimen. It's simply outstanding! It felt like enjoying a truly high-class oudon. ♪
During the rainy season, I tended to avoid using pots and pans. But this doesn’t seem bad at all… actually, it’s quite good! I really think so ^_^v
There's also a great "eat-all set" available, so I'll definitely go there again.
