Half a year since my last visit.
Usually, the food was delicious, and I posted reviews about the dishes. But this time, the focus was on the drinks.
There are a wide variety of beer cocktails and wine cocktails to choose from. It seems there are over 200 different types available.
The drinks also cost only 580 yen, so you can drink them with confidence.
I really want to try lemon beer, which I don't usually drink, or tea and beer.
Of course, its compatibility with smoked dishes is also outstanding.
Recently, Fridays were very busy, so it’s quite difficult to get reservations. But I’ll definitely come again someday.
Thank you for your hospitality.

This is a restaurant specializing in grilled dishes and craft beer.
Recently, the recommended dishes are very delicious.
It looks like a French restaurant.
The portion is also quite substantial, so just this amount is enough to enjoy.
Thank you for your hospitality.

All drinks are available for a total of 500 yen including tax!
Cocktails made with beer, even some rare ones!
On that day, I ordered some recommended toppings for the meal.
Smoked salami, marinated smoked salmon, semi-mature cheese in smoked sauce, three types of potato salad, beef tendon braised with wine, three types of ironplate grilled chicken, pork shoulder grilled in a devilish style, smoked nuts.
I ordered quite a lot of food.
I asked to try mastering the beer cocktails, but...
After ordering 3 glasses of wine, I really wanted to have more wine. So, I changed my order to wine.
Since it goes well with the otsumaki, let's move on vigorously.
The smoke is light in nature.
It was a long time since I last drank heavily, so I enjoyed myself thoroughly.
The joy of drinking at this restaurant. It was so enjoyable indeed.
Thank you very much for your hospitality.

The regular lunch buffet at this restaurant is offered in a repeat service format.
On Saturdays, I always struggle to decide what to have for lunch.
I remember there was a MOKUぴったんこ,
I went there to eat pasta that isn’t a lunch buffet.
MOKUのパスタはどれも美味しく、いつもディナーの最後に注文します。
Usually, I just go for the Cantina Bonara.
I recommend this place because it has the most delicious food.
This time, I ordered carbonara for lunch. It wasn't crab-based.
Fresh bacon is served, with a just-right saltiness.
This too is rich and delicious!
Since it's noon, the wine will be kept aside for later.
After the meal, have coffee.
Currently, they offer time-saving options, including no work hours at night or on weekends. I really hope they can reopen soon♪
Thank you for your hospitality.

Thanks to GoToEat, I was able to book a reservation for a set of 1000 yen including tax!
One drink, along with raw bacon, omelette with sweetbread, and cheese smoked products.
Just 1000円!
I can handle two types of grilled dishes; they seem to be changing them at the moment.
The alcohol was accompanied by delicious snacks, leading to inevitable overdrinking (-_-;).
Still, it’s just 2,000 yen.
I won't go into the details of an infinite loop, but that's a matter of personal responsibility...
Next time, I’ll try a pasta set priced at 1000 yen.
To avoid overdoing it... (Once you start drinking, you can't stop.)
Thank you for your generous hospitality.

Another visit.
The two of them were led to a counter, where they sat in a special seat right in front of the iron grate.
This time, I’ll choose a white wine.
Recommended Trading Company Direct Imported Bottled Wine: 1,900 Yen
This label, similar to that of Matsuko Deeks, is...
Clean and fresh, a deliciousness that doesn’t seem to be worth 1900 yen.
This restaurant has a good selection of wines.
The appetizers include peanut patties, smoked cashews.
A comparison of three types of cheese platters, three types of grilled skewers without hooks, an ajijo with green onions and shrimp, and various vegetable chips.
Pate is recommended when eaten with a little smoked olive oil. It has a fluffy aroma of smoked flavor, making it an excellent choice.
Roasted nuts are a reliable side dish.
The cheeses are mostly blue in color, offering a variety of different flavors to enjoy.
When you open the lid of the smoked skewers, a mist of smoked smoke fills the air. Since the skewers are not actually pierced, it’s quite strange why they make such a sound when being pulled out.
This Ajijo also comes with a bucket. It might be a bit too much for two people. A group of 3 or 4 people would be the best option.
It's nice that there are various flavors of vegetable chips available! This time, I chose the truffle salt flavor.
Weaved one bottle of wine, and we were completely satisfied!
Thank you for your hospitality.
This is a restaurant located on the first basement floor of a new building in Shinbashi.
A restaurant specializing in grilled dishes and iron-plated grilled meats. When you descend to the basement and enter the store, you immediately see a huge wine cooler on the left hand side, and right in front of you is a refrigerator for storing meat.
It's a stylish restaurant with a high-end design. There are also deer antlers displayed in the decor.
Looking at the menu, I feel relieved. The "Arakaru" item costs 280 yen for a smoked egg... It's not that expensive.
We did not place any orders here.
The starter is pickled cabbages, and it's very pleasant that you can have an extra serving if you want.
Since we were a large group, we were able to request various things from the staff.
Smoked dishes include smoked edamame, smoked radish liver, smoked mussels, smoked lamb kebabs, smoked pork shoulder, raw bacon, and red meat steaks.
Among them, the smoked bacon was truly delicious.
Even though it's called "ベーコン", it's actually a type of ham. It's wrapped in lettuce and eaten with apple vinegar. It tastes delicious.
The "ジビエ串" is called a "串", but it isn't actually stuck onto a skewer.
To be precise, it's a "Ji Sae Nai!? Jieji Tsubaki" – a dish that is skewered and eaten.
The drinks are mainly craft beer. There are many bottles of craft beer from all over the country, so it's hard for beginners to choose based on just the name or their favorite region.
There are also a wide variety of wines available.
I ordered a "Namimi Glass Wine" that seemed to offer good value for money. ❗
It's really like cold sake, with a thin layer of liquid poured over it. For 980 yen, this might be cheaper than ordering a bottle.
I was convinced of this decision right from the start, knowing that it was a group restaurant for casual drinking.
I really want to provide a detailed explanation, but it's another restaurant that I'd like to visit and discuss its offerings.
Thank you very much for your hospitality.
