We visited the "Yakitori Restaurant Karne" in Mihara City, Tokyo, as a couple.
This restaurant is located on the first floor of the NTK Building, approximately 4 minutes walking distance from the east exit of Koza Station on the JR青梅线. It is situated along Shibu City Road.

A slightly sweet soy sauce-based flavor profile enhances the true deliciousness of the cherry meat. It's a very good choice.

Frozen, thin tuna with a satisfying chew.
This is the only disappointment in this order.
I didn't notice it because it wasn't listed in the menu. It would have been better if it had been posted on the wall as an option for "upper salt" dishes.
【Special Selection of Hida Beef Flank Steaks】
Indeed, it's a Hyogo beef. The meat quality is excellent; it's soft and incredibly delicious. This is a truly wonderful cut of beef.
The sauce has a strong flavor, so I prefer eating it with no additional sauce (only sweet soy sauce-based sauce) or with lemon sauce specifically for tandoori dishes.
Very delicious, I couldn't help but order more.

A large bowl is filled with this dish and served.
It's rare to find a restaurant that serves tofu in their menu.
When you put a spoon in, a generous amount of ingredients comes out, which is really nice.
The meat here is large and tender, filled with a variety of flavors.
The pleasant spiciness and the broth were also very effective, making it a truly satisfying dish.
【Cold Noodle】
A clear soup that makes a striking impression in a cold noodle dish.
It has a refreshing taste, just as it looks. Is it made with beef bone broth?
A profound taste, a deliciousness that leaves one craving more.
The noodles are considered dry noodles, so they are a bit softer.
My husband, who loves cold noodles, praised the soup as excellent and insisted on drinking it forever. (The noodles, it seems, are walnut noodles that he prefers.)
It was a delicious dish, perfectly seasoned with rich umami flavors, and truly refreshing at the end.
We were able to halve the total amount, allowing both parties to pay via PayPay. Thank you very much.

It's been a long time since I've enjoyed grilled meat to my full satisfaction. It was a happy night.
