After leaving the Yakimyo Stand
I tried to go to the Lizeent Bar, but it was fully booked, so I had to give up.
Going to the teppan-yaki restaurant, again, it's completely full.
流れ流れて、この日の2軒目は大分料理がウリの如水。
I have not visited this restaurant for 7 and a half years.
Speaking of which, last time I also entered the restaurant "Sakutoku" by chance...
I told the staff that there were three people, and they guided me to a table nearby.
Let's enjoy a delicious Kabaasu Sawa (627 yen) with everyone!
◆お通しには山芋
Refreshingly delicious.
◆セイサンせいごうせ(1078円)
Tuna skin, big tuna, luyukuyu
What was Ryukyu’s fish?
I can't remember exactly, but it was a delicious meal.
◆とり天 (792円)
When it comes to Oita, the famous Toritengi is a must-see attraction.
However, I have no memory of eating it.
◆パリパリピーマン(572円)
It seems to be good for mouth cleaning, but probably I haven't tried it yet.
◆せせり炙りポン酢(660円)
As we progress into the second half, there are more and more items that can be enjoyed thoroughly.
Indeed, those old men
Drank for about 2 hours, then paid the bill.
Thank you for your hospitality.
Let's move on to the next section.

Tonight, I met up with a friend who came from Fukuoka to drink alcohol. First, we took a drink at Wanzuzu in Pio City!
That day, the interior of the restaurant was quite crowded. Behind our table, a banquet was being held.
A group of young people, presumably in their 20s, was in a state of great excitement.
Unable to enjoy a leisurely time drinking alone with a friend who came from afar just to drink alcohol, we decided to change our location.
I had been interested in Sakufu since before, but the interior of the restaurant was actually smaller than I expected, with all seats occupied.
Now, let's turn our attention to the neighboring restaurant, Mizu.
This restaurant has a much larger capacity than Sakufu, allowing us to secure table seats.
I ordered a tomato-flavored sake (550 yen).
Is this a marinated mushroom appetizer?
The mushrooms, shiitake, and morel have a mild sour taste that suits them well.
The dish I really wanted to eat first was Daito's famous Ryukyu (550 yen).
Tasted it once. Wow, it's so sweet!
If you look closely at the menu, it says, "Sashimi marinated in a slightly sweet soy sauce from Kyushu."
For people from Kanto, it's not just a little sweetness; it's quite significant.
Next is the chicken terashi set (1,000 yen).
Sashimi with breast meat and sand gristle.
The shiny breast meat is elastic and tender.
This can be eaten as much as you want.
In Kanto region, it's called "shakai," but in the western parts, it's referred to as "shazuri."
Perhaps this was the first time I ate this as sashimi.
It doesn’t have any strong flavors, but it’s still delicious.
Chicken Kamaage Mix (820 yen × 2)
I ordered two sets of mixed dishes containing soy sauce-flavored and salt-flavored meat. Each set contained two servings each.
I heard that the soy sauce-flavored dish was delicious, so I tried it. It was juicy, and the seasoning was well-established. Indeed, it was very tasty.
Then, I was about to decide whether to taste the saltiness or not, but there was nothing on the plate at all.
Huh? Where has my saltiness gone?
On that day, perhaps because there was a "Poteto-salad Star People" present at the restaurant, a homemade potato salad with yuzu-pepper flavor was served (680 yen).
This potted salad, arranged like ice in a hemispherical shape, is something that you occasionally see. However, its appearance seems rather poor.
The taste is enhanced by the yuzu pepper, giving a slightly spicy flavor. Other than that, it’s quite ordinary.
I still prefer potato salads with plenty of black pepper, especially those with mayonnaise.
Finished with the water mixed with black mist island (520 yen).
This time, there was another restaurant on our itinerary, so we didn't go there.
If it gets a little colder, I would like to try eating water stew here.
It would be fantastic to drink sake while savoring a homemade stew with minced pork, cooked slowly in a pot, with a satisfying sizzle.
