Since we were six people, we were directed to the second floor.
It's a temporary arrangement, waiting for a phone call to come through before getting a seat at Niu Zang. So, I'll be staying there for about an hour.
Since there is grilled meat waiting, I ordered something light.
Let's toast with Asahi Super Dry!
The serving is a stewed dish. This was also featured in the previous review. It’s a light type of dish. ★3.2
As appetizers, there are salted eel and shishamo.
Toshiro is a delicacy made from salted liver of clams. It has a rich flavor, making it a perfect match for Japanese sake. ★3.5

富士見台の富士見銀座商店街に新しい焼き鳥屋が開店したので、行ってみました。
A small restaurant with a structure consisting of a takeout area and a kitchen on the right side of the entrance. There are also 6 to 8 seats at the counter, and further back, there are tables for dining. I wonder if there’s also a second floor? (Not confirmed)
In the kitchen, there are three men wearing T-shirts with the same restaurant name on them. There are also two sisters working as waiters.
Opened on December 20th. It's a store under the Kaminaru family chain, located in Sagami-miya.Nishida-yaIt becomes a sister restaurant.
During the meal, I ordered Asahi Super Dry beer, as well as yakitori, chicken liver (150 yen), green onions (130 yen), bonjiriri (100 yen), and pork skin (100 yen).
The appetizer is pork bone stew. There are plenty of radishes, and the pork bones are cut into small pieces. It’s very easy to eat, with a mild taste. ★3.5
