This is a proud new Italian restaurant that specializes in exquisite pizzas cooked using a pizza oven, with ingredients sourced from Hokkaido and imported from abroad.
This time, the menu received is as follows:

I was truly satisfied! I could sense a dedication to every dish and drink offered.
Upon entering, I felt that "what a stylish space it must be..."
The interior was reminiscent of a hotel, creating a luxurious space. There were many people inside. It's amazing that everyone knows such a stylish restaurant… Everyone must have a high level of information!
A delicious assortment of all popular dishes is a must-order appetizer!
A luxurious platter that allows you to enjoy five types of appetizers at once: "Eggplant and Avocado Yuzu Pepper Tartar," "Semi-Dried Salmon Calamari with Lemon Cream," "Fried Pasta with Seven-Spice Cheese Powder," "Potato Salt-Baked Biscuit Cheese Cake," and "Mango Salt-Butter."
Personally, my favorite dish was Kita Akari’s “Trüffel-ridden soft-noodle nōjī” – a dish with roasted truffle cream. This is definitely something that lovers of Italian cuisine won’t be able to resist.
They cook truffle right before your eyes!
Most importantly, the drinks are unique, making the choice of which one to drink a pleasure!
There were quite a number of lemon sours available.
There are also colorful drinks available, which look great ✨
It was an absolutely amazing dining experience.
I definitely want to go there again!
Next time, I would like to try the famous dish with a generous amount of cream, known for its stunning appearance!!
