We ordered beef hirumi and beef tenderloin.
The halamin was soft and delicious.

We also ordered Wagyu A5 Karubi.
This looks extremely beautiful in appearance.
We felt that it had a lot of fat to it.
I really wish that we could have only had harami dishes.

I guess as you use it over time, you naturally develop a way of ordering that suits your own preferences.

I've been interested in this place for a while.
But going to places near my home can be quite difficult, you know?
Since we eat at home during breakfast, lunch, and dinner, we have few opportunities to go out and eat.

When my spouse is not around, it's different.
So, for today, I've decided to have dinner at this restaurant.
From the outside, it seemed to have a rather difficult-to-enter atmosphere.
Entering inside, it turned out to be a store that seemed easy to use.

In each table of this restaurant, there are chimneys marked with table numbers attached to them.
I have checked which tables are available.
Used both number 4 and 9, and there were also numbers 14 and onward.

They explained things very kindly.
First, drinks
Highball has a distinct flavor compared to Jim Beam.
I selected and ordered a highball of 280 yen for the angle-shaped glass.
Next, please order meat.
I ordered the grilled karubi and karubi with harami as my choice.
I was really interested in the grilled kebab.
When it came out, there were pieces of meat grouped together in clumps.
They broke it down and cooked it.
It is served over a broth containing egg yolks.
While cooking, it seems that there is a lot of fat, causing the fire to flare up and producing a lot of smoke.
The ice in the black container was rubbed against the net to extinguish the fire and eliminate the smoke.
This is also my first experience.
Harami and karubi were soft and delicious to eat.
During that time, I ordered another two high-ball drinks from the sake bottle.
Finally, we concluded with a Jimbium high-ball for 180 yen.
Receiving this much, I am completely full.
